East Ladhak was one of the most beautiful stretches I have covered. It’s a surreal place that made me feel as if I was teleported to a different world. The rustic landscape and heartfelt hospitality of Ladhak is truly rejuvenating. Red Panda Adventures and Bala make the experience truly memorable. Bala as a person resonates adventure, meditative mind space and remarkable journeys - all put together. I can’t wait for my next adventure with Bala and Red Panda.

I had an absolutely amazing experience with 'Red Panda Adventures' during my recent bike trip to the Northeast! From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism and care. The team’s attention to detail, knowledge of the region, and passion for biking made the trip unforgettable. The routes were breathtaking, and we explored some of the most beautiful, hidden gems of the Northeast. Our guides, Balaji and Prabhat were incredibly knowledgeable and they ensured we had the best experience while staying safe on the road. The bikes provided were in excellent condition, and the support throughout the trip was top-notch. The trip was perfectly organized, with smooth logistics, excellent accommodations, and delicious local food at every stop. I highly recommend 'Red Panda Adventures' to anyone looking to explore the Northeast on two wheels🏍️ A truly unforgettable journey that I will cherish forever!

Magical Mechuka – A Ride to Remember Forever (15 Feb - 22 Feb 2025) We just completed our motorcycle trip to Mechuka, Arunachal Pradesh, and it was nothing short of extraordinary. The Magical Mechuka ride truly lived up to its name, giving us a perfect blend of breathtaking landscapes, thrilling terrains, and great company. As passionate riders, we’ve explored both on-road and off-road trails before, but this journey stood out as one of the most beautiful and challenging. The route took us through rough terrain, muddy paths, and snow-covered roads, with constant drizzles adding to the adventure. It was a true test of physical and mental endurance, pushing each of us beyond our comfort zones. We rode the Royal Enfield Himalayan 450, a bike that proved to be the perfect companion for this adventure. Its ability to handle both smooth tarmac and rugged off-road conditions made the ride even more enjoyable. The ride was expertly organized by Red Panda Adventures, led by the ever-experienced Balaji and skilfully swept by Prabhat. Their professionalism and expertise ensured a smooth and safe journey for all of us. They provided detailed briefings, sharing invaluable riding tips that helped us navigate the toughest patches with confidence. Initially, I was worried about handling the tricky terrain, but their guidance and encouragement gave me the confidence. Apart from the ride itself, we also enjoyed the warm hospitality of the homestays arranged for us. The delicious local food and the evenings filled with laughter, fun, and incredible stories from Balaji’s past adventures made it even more special. Every rider in our group rode exceptionally well. Magical Mechuka was not just about the destination but also about the company and the bonds we strengthened along the way. A huge thanks to Red Panda, Balaji, and Prabhat for making this an unforgettable experience. Highly recommended for any adventure enthusiast!

It's always a pleasure riding with Red Panda Adventures. The team here knows their job well. Itineraries are crisp yet comprehensive. Balaji is himself an encyclopedia on Motorcycle riding. I have done 2 amazing rides with him (Zanskar Valley and Eastern Ladakh) spanning a month in total. His knowledge of the local culture, history, cuisine...you bet.. you are well taken care of!!

Red Panda made by 2 year old dream come true- Ladakh on bike. Did a 2 week trip with Bala at helm and it was truly adventurous. An unforgettable experience. Also to mention that we went to places not many other tour guides take us to- Keylong, Sumur, Tso Morari, Demchok. Thanks Bala and thank you Red Panda

I have done 3 Himalayan rides with Red Panda Adventures. Darjeeling, Tawang and Ladakh. All three rides were well organized, with excellent arrangements for both stay and food in remote scenic locations. We had a lead rider and sweep rider to ensure safety. Back up vehicles had medical kit, oxygen cylinder, spare tires for bikes and carried our suitcases. Balaji the CEO himself rides showing how passionate he is. Then we have Prabhat Jojo a young man who is ever ready to help us. Would recommend them for any rider from across the globe. My dream of riding to Himalayas safely came true with them. See some of my pics. Nash Narasimhan

We recently went on an adventure tour with Red Panda and was blown away by their level of professionalism. The entire experience was seamless and well-organized, making it easy for our team to just relax and enjoy the adventure. Not only that, but we had an absolute blast on the tour - it was one of a kind with a very genuine and a different experience. We got to stay in homes and interact with the locals and learn of their culture and history throughout the trip. And not to mention the great local cuisines too. The team had a thorough knowledge of the places we visited. They have done their homework well. Hands down, I had one of my best riding tour experience with Red Panda. I can't recommend Red Panda enough for anyone looking for a top-notch adventure tour. Thanks for an unforgettable experience!

Riding in Ladakh is probably every biker’s dream. Though I had begun biking only 4.5 months prior, Balaji Devanathan - the biker soul of Red Panda Adventures warmly encouraged me to join the Nooks of Ladakh ride conducted in September 2024. I was a little nervous as I signed up to ride a Himalayan411 with 10 other guys, seasoned riders, whom I would be meeting for the first time on the ride. Packing for this ride was super easy - we were provided a clear itinerary and informative packing list. From airport pick up on the first day to drop off on the last day, every stay and meal was perfectly taken care of. All places we stayed at were clean, welcoming and comfortable - be it the hotels in Leh (Maple Inn, Kidar and Yarab Tso), Yarab Tso in Nubra nestled amidst apple trees and tall rose bushes (where we were treated to a cultural song and dance performance by the local women), the mind blowing glamping at Merak Camp near lake Pangong where we witnessed a star studded night sky, the heartwarmingly hospitable Padma Home Stay in Nyoma Village where we all felt like a part of the hosting family. Every stay was memorable. The food throughout the trip was simple, tasty and satisfying. There was always sumptuous breakfast, lunch, evening tea and snacks and dinner. We also had some unexpected gourmet experiences at the Bonfire restaurant en route Nubra where we indulged in yummy continental food, the BRO Cafe en route Hanle which is run by the Indian Army and serves mind blowing soul food, and the Alchi kitchen run by National Award winner Chef Nilza Wangmo where we ate our body weight worth in local food. The company of my amazing group made meals tastier and we often lingered for longer at the table and wolfed down extra helpings just to be in each others’ company. Food connects us like no other glue! Unless we talk of super glue … our bike rides!!! We had a fantastic fleet of Himalayan (411&450) bikes lined up for us on the day after we all had arrived in Leh. Each of us chose our bike and we rode out to Patthar Sahib as a warm up ride - we made a soul connect both with the divine and with our bikes! We also welcomed into our convoy Hussain (a fabulous mechanic who often doubled up as a spare rider) and Konchuk (our recovery vehicle driver). Balaji, who led the convoy and his second in command, Prabhat (Mr. JoJo) who mostly did the sweep, are expert riders who guided all of us as we decimated tarmac, water crossings, sand, gravel, off road, and even no road! As I overcame my limitations of experience and (therefore) confidence, my group rode patiently with me - like friends should. Balaji and JoJo are amazing people who go beyond and above to make every rider feel safe, comfortable, heard and accomplished! We started this ride as a group of 12 people from different parts of the world with different lives and reasons to be on the ride that unified our journeys and stories for a memorable ten days. When I signed up for the Nooks of Ladakh trip I never imagined that I would be walking away with precious memories and precious friendhsips to treasure for a lifetime. As a woman who has taken up motor biking after nearly half a lifetime (assuming I live to a 100!!), I had only dreamt of riding on these highest motorable roads and passes in Leh Ladakh … Red Panda Adventures made my dream come true!
