I had so many remarkable memories in Nagaland and Assam thanks to Curtain Call Adventures. Julie's deep knowledge, connections, and sense of the region made it feel so specially tailored to my mission and safe with expert local guides and the kindest host families. I feel so grateful to have come across Curtain Call Adventures and feel it was the best choice for my first time in a region previously unfamiliar to me. My focuses were to meet local artisans and witness the biodiversity and landscapes of Assam and Nagaland. They setup exactly what I needed with my budget in mind, it was beyond a tour! A journey I keep close to my heart. Thank you!

A truly memorable experience. We travelled across Assam and Arunachal Pradesh over a weeks time. In Arunachal , we stayed at this cozy home stay in Miao. Our host Bella took great care of us & prepared some amazing meals. The rooms overlooking a river were neat & well maintained. We visited Namdapha national park where we spotted several birds & listened to Hoolock gibbons noisily call out to each other. At the Pangsau festival, We also had the opportunity to see all the tribes in their traditional attire & sample some of the local fare. From here, we travelled to Kaziranga where we spent our day spotting flocks of migratory birds , rhinos, hog deer, wild buffalo , wild boars, etc. Of course, the highlight was the tiger we spotted at the end of our safari just as we were about to exit the national park. It was a fitting end to an incredible holiday. Thanks Julie for organising a comfortable yet exciting holiday for us.

We had an absolutely brilliant holiday in Assam and Meghalaya with Curtain Call Adventures! Julie curated the trip perfectly to address our requirements and interests, including those of our 9-year old child. The logistics were meticulously set up and managed, with Julie and Erina keeping in touch through our journey. I strongly recommend Curtain Call Adventures for a wonderful experience in North-East India. We will be back soon!

Just got back from a wonderful trip to Georgia organised by Curtain Call Adventures. We travelled around Georgia (Tbilisi, Kakheti, Sighnaghi, Kazbegi, Mtsheka) accompanied by a very well-informed & cheerful tour guide who helped us discover local gems and explained the local history. The highlights were the winery tour where we picked grapes & tasted artisan wines. Also the trip to kazbegi was breathtaking. An unexpected but great stop was an evening at the Tbilisi opera house where we watched a lovely ballet performance. The food was outstanding as well & we had quite a few great meals thoughtfully curated by CCA. Thanks Julie for putting together such a well-rounded trip with the right mix of culture, shopping & gourmet experiences. Made some new friends as well as part of our travel group! Highly recommend!

This was my first trip with Curtain Call Adventures and I am so glad I made the decision to travel with them. The attention to detail, well - researched agenda, knowledge of Mzia our local guide and building in sufficient free time just made this a winner of a holiday. As a vegetarian,I was thrilled with the options available. The highlights of my trip were grapes harvesting at Khaketi, gazing endless at the fall foliage in Kazbegi; and the tails & attitude shown by the well-fed and happy stray dogs and cats 🐶🐱. I look forward to more travelling with CCA in the future as well.

An absolutely delightful and fascinating trip to one of the least understood and geographically spectacular parts of India. Tawang, and the road that leads there! Curated with passion and insight to provide an in-depth understanding of the culture and beliefs of the region. The logistics were impeccably managed. Not to be under-rated. If you want to to travel to understand the cultural underpinnings of the North Eastern States of India, I without reserve recommend Curtain Call Adventures. If you are lucky, Julie Kagti Palaniappan will be personally in charge! With heartfelt gratitude for an eye opening journey. Rahul Pathak
