Car given was in good condition and well maintain and don’t have any hassle during my travel period. It was good experience with ZOOM RIDE. I am recommending to review readers rent from Zoom Ride cars.Because i rented much more cars self drive rental services but what I found zoom ride is professionals among to them . Below are suggestions … 1-During Car handover to client require to provide RC ,Insurance,PUC copies or keep in Car one print each of. 2-Car delivery to client location and pickup from client location inside to the city ( Guwahati) should be manage by Zoom ride and free of cost if client is renting a Car more than 5 Days .

Rented a Scorpio N diesel from them. It was a hassle free experience from booking to taking delivery of the vehicle. The rates were very reasonable as well. The person I talked to was decent and understanding in nature. Looking forward to rent cars in future from them.

Overall good experience good Vehicle and extremely smooth handover/ take back process. Though I got a different vehicle than requested (Innova Crysta instead of Tata Safari), the prompt replacement is also appreciated.

It may be not reviewed by more people but it doesnt mean that the service is bad . Its just because many people dont know about its location and let me tell you they provide good service and also the owner shaab is very polite and humble ,he will talk to you very calmly and with no time handle you the car .
