No restroom for the customers, My order was delayed, I had a hard time waiting because they don't have proper arrangements for the customers to seat or relax. Hoping for an improvement on this in future. Everything else is good, Specially Miraj for being helpful and cooperative with the delivery of my bike.

This is a complaint against - Royal Enfield Service Center - Saraighat Riders, NH-37, Near Sarusajai Stadium, Garalia, Guwahati, 781040 My Classic 350 Motorcycle bearing Engine Number - U3S5C1GK296998, Chassis Number - ME3U3S5C1GK669354 and Registration Number - AS 01 DB 5901 had an issue of Rusting in the fuel tank. I went to get a new fuel tank installed on 9th September 2025. I was told that the part was not available and to order the part I would have had to pay an advance amount. Hence, I paid ₹5,000 on 9th September 2025. (Slip Number 7329 attached). After repeated calls and a delay of over 80days, they could not deliver the part. On 28th November 2025 (after 80 Days) a person from the Service Centre Mr Ajay Called and informed me that the part had arrived and asked me to come to get the Job Card. They said that the vehicle would be delivered on 1st December 2025. After repeated calls they said that the vehicle would need more time and hence today, on 5th December I went to get the delivery of the bike with the new spare parts installed. During inspection it was found that they tried to install a used and re - painted fuel tank on the vehicle. They declined initially but later on the Service Manage - Sanjay Kakoti admitted that it was an old fuel tank which had been repainted and fitted onto the vehicle. After further discussion, I did not let them install the part and got my previous fuel tank installed and paid the bill. In the bill, they have charged an amount for Carburetor & Throttle Body Cleaner which should have been used only if the tank was replaced. They tried to cheat the customer by providing pre-used parts and bills falsely.

Worst dealer of royal enfield in guwahati.very bad experience.They damaged my bike during service.No doubt they repaired everything free of cost but they have wasted my time.They behave as if only they they are busy with work and others have no work.Customer service is worst.Every time I visited they say work is pending,parts not available and they will call once everything is done.But they never call you or feel its necessary to call. Everytime i have to call.And the manager who took responsibility of the damages done to my bike during service also left the job without informing.i suggest instead visit other royal enfield service centres.They damaged my fuel tank,rear fender,tail light assembly,rear indicators and rear no plate.Even when I came to take the delivery after almost 45 days the no plate was not fitted.when I asked them to fix the no plate the they were not willing to give the no plate frame which they broke.Almost 45 mints of my time was wasted because of the simple frame.Atlast they gave the frame and I took delivery of my bike.

Very great staff.... there was a technical problem with my first servicing booking but they handled it very professionally. The only thing is that i have to wait for almost 4.5 hours.

I just took a test ride of the new Scram 440 and it was an amazing experience. I am currently planning to purchase this new model from Royal Enfield saraighat riders in the next couple of months. And one more thing, the gear section is truly amazing with very well behaved gear sales executive. Truly professional.

Good service and support ! Special mention and appreciation for Mr. Uzzal Subedi , and Kabir Kalita ! The entire team is very understanding and are experts in their task. Extremely polite and well mannered . Also special mention to Mr. Arun das who went out of the way to accommodate and deliver the bike inspite of being severely understaffed! Cheers guys

The Saraighat Riders Service Centre is the worst service centre in Guwahati. On 13th November, I went there to top up my engine oil because my bike was short by around 150–200 ml. This shortage happened due to their own mistake during the last servicing in the fourth week of August, when they had filled less oil than required. However, when I visited them in November, they initially refused to top up the oil since it would not benefit them. Instead, they insisted on doing unnecessary check-ups, even though the shortage was clearly their fault. Finally they agreed to top up the oil. But the mechanic mocked and insulted me, saying that if they top up the oil now, I would never need to change it again in the future. He then angrily started filling the oil and poured almost 500 ml, even though only 200–300 ml was needed. When I noticed that the oil level had already reached the maximum mark and informed him, he rudely said that “more engine oil is always better,” and continued to pour another 200–300 ml, finishing the entire 500 ml bottle. I told him that overfilling beyond the maximum mark could damage my bike, but he simply ignored me. After leaving the service centre, I went to a private workshop, where they drained the engine oil and refilled the same oil properly. There I saw that the oil level was indeed 200–300 ml in excess.

I bought my Interceptor 650 in 2023 from Royal Enfield Saraighat Riders, and it was one of the worst experiences ever. Before buying, the manager and salesmen kept saying “We’re always here to help and support you” but once the payment was done, their words and behavior completely changed. No help, no guidance, nothing. The rear brake noise started the same day I brought the bike home from the showroom. I went back 3–4 times, but they couldn’t even diagnose the issue. Every time they acted busy and careless, pretending to check but doing nothing. Their after sales service is absolutely terrible zero professionalism, zero responsibility, and zero respect for customers. And today, when I called the showroom to inquire about another 650 model, the girl who picked up the call was extremely rude and unwelcoming. No manners, no greeting, no sense of customer service.
