Royal Enfield Service Center - Saraighat Riders

Yesterday I went for 1st free service of my meteor 350. I mentioned that front brake is little noisy , and aft wheel doesn’t rotates freely. The supervisor mentioned it but the mechanic didn't check it. They changed Rs 230 for chain lubrication. But inner ward part of the chain is fully dry and corroded. Today When I was riding the motorcycle to work suddenly the horn stopped working. So It was a horrible experience at “Saraight Riders Service Centre “. And the washing was even more terrible. I don’t know what they applied on rhe rear view mirrors and the windshield, it got more dirty. Think twice before choosing them.

The service is too lazy and slow. They keep appointments from 8am but all the staffs arrive by 9am. What are we supposed to do for that 1 hour? Clean the service centre with a mop? Engineers are not technically sound. Are unable to understand and solve the issue. I really don't understand what's happening here.

I am from Shillong, and I always prefer coming to Guwahati only for the service at Saraighat Service Centre. The respect and professionalism I receive here are unmatched. They are always on time, and their service is truly best in class. A special mention to Dibjyoti l and the entire team—they are friendly, well-mannered, and always ensure that the customer is well informed about the process. Not once have they let me down! Every time, they deliver top-notch service with proper explanation and transparency. If you are looking for reliable, timely, and quality service, Saraighat Service Centre is the place to be. Highly recommended!

Had an excellent experience at the Royal Enfield service center! My bike was serviced by Deep, and I must say he did a fantastic job. He patiently listened to all my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made sure the bike felt brand new after the service. The pickup, performance, and overall smoothness have improved a lot. Really appreciate his professionalism and attention to detail. Highly recommended ask for Deep if you want your bike in expert hands!

One of the best Service Centres in Guwahati, the mechanics are very professional in terms of other Service Centres like Shahila Exposition, the equipments are of great level in terms of other Service Centres..

Worst experience in service. Please don't waste your time and money if you care about your bike. This space will fall short if start listing my grievances in their service. Zero rating for their below standard service and unprofessionalism. Please vist at your own risk guys.

Big thanks to Bijoy from admin and Deep from mechanical side. The servicing was smooth and not time consuming at all. Travelled 100kms or so to get my bike services here. Really worth it. Thank you.
