Worst service centre in the city! They are frauds just keep annoying customers by telecalling and delivering worst customer service. For a simple general servicing they will keep you wait whole day. No understanding towards customer’s valuable time They just don’t care. What they care is their lunch break timing. If you have anything urgent work. Moreover, today they crossed all the limits when they kept calling me multiple times for attending a dinner party hosted by them at barbeque nation, Ulubari. Though i was not interested still i went with my father to attend out of repeated calls from them. As i reached the venue, i saw that all tables were occupied with people and entire venue js hosuefull. When i asked them where should i sit? They asked me to adjust with people who were already having dinner and table is housefull. how come i ask people to leave their dinner and give me space to sit just for the sake of invitation? So, we refused and came out. Me & father felt so insulting infront of everyone when they ask us to adjust when is not a little space to sit. This js not the way you should treat your customers after repeatedly calls to come & attend the dinner. Never going to this service centre again. So poor management. Never going back to this service centre again for anything. If you want a genuine service of your suzuki two-wheeler and genuine work, kindly go to Godspeed Suzuki (Authorised service centre). There staffs are much good and have best knowledge of work with genuine service.

Very bad experience...I have lost my valuable 2 hours only for bil payment.. No link, Not any smart Employee. I have seen that technician are not good experience.

New Access is really Smooth in driving and also not making irritating noise while starting. Very cool features like Closed covered fuel tank and Bluetooth meter with weather alert. 😃

Quite a good servicing experience… they analyse your bike in a detailed way. I am satisfied with the quality of work done on my 2wheeler unlike Godspeed Suzuki. The workshop is well maintained and have hygienic environment. They have a good ac customer lounge area. 1star less for the time taken to deliver my bike and no clarity on their own offers.

I purchased Burgman EX on 23 August 2023. Very comfortable and smooth. Good for long journey also.

I had a really good respond and service from them but today i had been there for my burgman accidental repair,i had been there from morning 9.30 and my turn came in 1.30 or something which was acceptable for me because it was busy day for them i know.But when my turn came i just take a little video record for my mom because she was home alone and asking me that what going on because it was quite late for me waiting from morning,but a person from service he started telling me video is not allowed,okay fine but he started ordering me delete in a rough way like dominantly.Which is completely not acceptable after all they don’t have any signboards where i can get know that it was not allowed.He can tell me in a respectful way and politely. But there are many staff who really nice and helpful.

Horrible experience faced,they don't know how to service a bike,they only change my chargeable parts thats it,no lube and no oiling on chain and other parts.they only know how to go to home at 6:30 pm.they don't care about your vehicle its done or not.in the morning they told me all parts are available but after 6 pm they said we don't have this we don't have that so that they can leave early. My main issue starting problem till not solved yet.they don't have idea about it.better to go local mechanic 🤣🤣.
