Mobile Repair Centre

By far the slowest service centre ever visited. The receptionist talks a lot and explains unnecessary details to everyone. The average wait time for one to be attended "after putting your name in the register" Is 45 minutes. But the worst thing is that after 45 minutes of wait you only get to hear that the part your device requires is not in stock. That leads to frustration and annoyance. There's only one lady who excessively slow and unnecessarily explains details when required. Rather there should be a person who should pre diagonise the customer issues and then put their name on the register. Also generic issues like parts not in stock should be put up in the notice board so that customers do not have to wait unnecessarily. Above all there should be at least 2 receptionist who can take customers queries ( at least on the weekends). There's only centre here in Guwahati and a lot of walk-in during the weekends. Absolutely rubbing and sluggish customer service management. Btw seeing at least 70-80% customers coming in with screen issues ( lines appearing)!!!? Is One plus India selling defective goods???

I don't know why people have rated it so low. But my experience was so good. I reached this place at around 11 and told them the issue was my charging point was not working properly. They took it in cleared the carbon and gave it back to me without even charging a penny. Kudos to the staff for being helpful and welcoming. A good visit indeed.

This service center needs more professionals.. Bcoz people comes from far distances. It was disappointing & I personally felt that this service center does very limited works. They don't hv enough spare parts nor proper details nor the solutions.

One of the slowest service centre which I have visited. You have only 1 counter there and its very slow.It takes ages to get your phone serviced

I am having the green line issue in my One Plus 8T. Only one service center for one plus in Guwahati which is very far from my residence. Unable to call them as number is mostly switched off. They dont even reply in WhatsApp. And even if i reach the service centre physically chances are they will might not have the required part in stock. Really frustrated..would never recommend buying one plus. And many one plus users are facing this green line issue.

1star For the bora service customer care because of the 2 receptionist that made people think one plus a third class product...but the customer care has changed to under ulubari flyover bridge....and new receptionist are well Mannered ..they are good ...they know how to behave...one plus if you want to grow your trust kindly give value to your customers that are buying your flagship phones...at a huge price..
