Totally 3rd class, I own two scooty. Both i service at their Borah service workshop. Service management is good but sales is very poor. No discounts with compare to other dealership.

Very good response from all the staffs special our sales expert Mr. Hemanta Borah was extremely professional. My family is a loyal customer of this dealer, my whole family bought bike and scooter from this dealer only. We wanted to exchange our government gifted pleasure+ but they said they cannot transfer RC so couldn't make a deal 😢

I visited Vinayak Honda, Ulubari, for my Honda CB 125 Hornet due to a serious safety concern. The front brake lever and the rear brake side footrest are broken, making the vehicle unsafe to operate. The service team informed me that the required spare parts are currently unavailable and may take approximately 20 days to arrive. As I commute around 80 km daily, this delay creates significant inconvenience and safety risk. I also escalated the matter to senior staff; however, no immediate solution was offered.
