I have had a very good experience at The Urban Dentist, since my visits from December 25' onwards. Mr. Rohit Jain is a very learned and experienced doctor, gives very right suggestions and all technologically advanced machines and equipments are used, making the clinical process very comfortable amd precise. The clinic is very neat and tidy amd has very soothing ambience (very much required for a patient). Thumbs up to The Urban Dentist. Anybody looking for a dental treatment or aligners should visit once.

I had a positive experience as a patient at Urban dentist clinic. Dr. Rohit Jain was very professional, maintained hygiene and overall staff very friendly. And most important that they are flexible in appointment timings, which made the overall experience very comfortable.

I visited this clinic after reading numerous glowing reviews praising the doctor’s professionalism. Unfortunately, my experience was quite the contrary. I am myself a doctor, currently working as a Senior Resident in Surgical Oncology, and I consulted him for a routine dental cleaning. The interaction was brief. There was no inquiry into complaints or relevant history; the procedure was initiated immediately and concluded just as quickly, after which I was prescribed medication and sent off. A basic consultation, communication, or explanation was noticeably absent. I deliberately avoided a busy government setup to escape the usual hustle and overcrowding, expecting a calmer and more attentive experience; unfortunately, this visit proved to be no better in that regard. The high fees along with poor service make me certain that, I won't be recommending it to any known ones.
