I own an iPhone 11 Pro that I purchased from Flipkart. Three months ago, the phone suddenly switched off, and I contacted Apple Support in Bangalore. They advised me to visit the nearest service centre. Since I live in Sibsagar and the lockdown was ongoing at that time, I faced many difficulties. Once the lockdown ended, I visited the Apple-authorized service centre in Guwahati. The staff were extremely polite and explained the issue to me clearly. They asked for four days to diagnose and repair the phone, assuring me that they would fix it if it was a software problem. After four days, they informed me that the issue couldn’t be resolved locally and that my phone had been sent to Bangalore for further inspection. As the device was under warranty, I was worried—especially after seeing some negative reviews about the service centre online. Despite my concerns, they provided me with a standby phone, which was very helpful. After 24 days, I received a call saying that my iPhone had been replaced. I was genuinely relieved and happy. My actual experience turned out to be far better than what some reviews had suggested. I am extremely satisfied with the professionalism and support provided by this service centre. Thank you for maintaining such high standards—please continue delivering excellent service and upholding the Apple brand.

Being a customer of almost all product of Apple I appreciate her professionalism and prompt and service to me for completion of the issues. I wish more success in her career.

There is a reason for the 3 star rating. Very bad experience at this Apple Authorised Service Provider. Despite my device being under warranty, the staff directly refused to provide warranty service without any proper inspection or valid explanation. On top of that, the behaviour of the staff was rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful. There was no willingness to assist or guide, which is completely unacceptable for an authorised Apple service centre. This is not the level of service expected from Apple-authorised providers. I would strongly advise others to think twice before visiting this centre. Got my device repaired under warranty in different service centre.

Extremely poor service at this Apple authorized service center! I visited on 25th September 2025 and was shocked by the attitude of the lady at the reception. She behaves like she’s doing a huge favour by even talking to you about your phone issue — worst behaviour I’ve seen at any service center. I went with a phone under warranty, and they outright refused to accept it. No proper explanation — just said they don’t have time and it would be sent to Bangalore for diagnosis, with no clear timeline. When I asked about the TAT (Turnaround Time) — 15 days? 30 days? — her response was, “I don’t know. Give it if you want, otherwise go somewhere else.” Absolutely ridiculous experience. I genuinely don’t understand how Apple has authorized such an unprofessional service center. Zero customer support, zero accountability.
