I had a very disappointing experience with this firm. The work they showcase on social media through reels and pictures appears misleading, as it does not reflect the quality of service they actually provide. Unfortunately, the event they handled for me was poorly executed and fell far short of expectations. The team lacked professionalism throughout, which led to significant mismanagement and turned the entire event into a disaster. I genuinely regret hiring them. Despite always maintaining fair dealings with service providers, I was left with no choice but to deduct almost 50% of their payment due to the unsatisfactory service. I sincerely hope the so called owner - Payal Agarwal take this feedback constructively and work on improving their standards and business ethics moving forward.

They are absolutely unprofessional. They temper and take things from your home without permission or any notification. 1 I booked them for 31st December decoration. They agreed for 7k for only lights decoration without balloons. They took the lights we hung up at our place without asking because they didn’t bring sufficient lights and the two ladies - Payal and one elderly lady yells a lot of things don’t go as per their wish. On being confronted about the lights they denied to put it back and said they already used it so can’t put it back now. In addition to that I gave them 2 more lights since their decoration was absolutely incomplete and useless in absence of sufficient lights. Moreover, the light they took without permission, they back it back next day after damaging it. In a single sentence - it’s a flop show. Never book them again. They are absolute nuisance. And the decoration they did was not even worth 1k

Payal provides excellent service... I sought her services to organise a birthday party for a friend and she and her team were kind and professional enough to manage the event... They can make your special days even more special :-)

Good design. Only that. Overcharged and unprofessional. The event organiser uses super shortened, millennial language for communication on whatsapp and expects all her clients to decode her strange spellings. She was supposed to decorate the event venue for an afternoon birthday party so she decorated the venue the night before. Because she worked the previous night, she considers this as the valid reason for arriving late to the actual event where she was supposed to organise games for kids. Because of this delay, only one game (that did not require any discrete skills) was organised, and the other game could not be organised as it was already time for lunch. Yet, she was paid in full. I am writing this so people know that it is not guaranteed that this event organiser you are picking for a special event of your life will organise your event in time or as expected. Thanks!
