Baskin Robbins is my favorite place to go for ice cream in Guwahati. They have a wide range of flavors, from classic ones like vanilla and chocolate, to exotic ones like rose and berry. The ice cream is creamy, smooth, and rich, and the portions are generous. The staff is friendly, courteous, and helpful, and they always greet me with a smile. The outlet is cozy, clean, and well-decorated, and the ambiance is relaxing and pleasant. I love their ice cream cakes, sundaes, and shakes, which are perfect for any occasion. Baskin Robbins is the best ice cream parlour in Guwahati, and I highly recommend it to everyone.

The staff behaviour was not good and welcoming. We asked him for suggestions and he rudely said just seen and chose by yourself. We asked him for taste but he also denied for the same. ultimately We tried more than 6 flavours buying small scopes.

One stop solution for the icecream 🍦 lovers. Good and hygienic place. Both take away and in-store sitting facilities available.

Overall, a great place to have dessert. Here's what I liked: - Polite, professional and helpful staff - Hygienic tables - Well lit interiors What can be improved: - sometimes your desired flavour will be out of stock - sometimes there will be big, sharp pieces of ice in the ice cream.

The place overall is good and almost like any other BR outlet but the store person(only a single person was attending everyone) seemed not very comfortable in deducting payment from my card, the device he was using was old and ordinary and when there was a problem with the card payment he called some other guy to ask the issue. On enquiry they didn't even have any UPI payment method, i had to ultimately go to a nearby ATM and make the payment in cash. I think BR as a reputed brand must really look into their payment method, in the world of digitalization making payment should be totally hassle free for their customers.

The readymade fruit overloaded icecream is so so tasty.. Superrr duperrr.. Taste is just awesome. Just try once, you will become a great fan 😍

Tasted the Belgium Bliss..and indeed it was a bliss..loved it.. What they say after every food you always have some space left for a scoop of a ice cream..what more can be awesome than Buskin Robbins one's... They never disappoints...

One of the best place to have ice cream.the service of that outlet is also good.i love the sundaes out there.if you love ice cream make sure you visit once.
