This service is not good. He makes people do their duty by showing them red. Then after that he does something wrong in giving the payment. That's why it is better to stay away from such people.

No facilities like food shelter etc if they provide, then deduct for utensils, energy & self cook food & horrific shelter uniform etc. with that payment of the 21st century price rise, the USG have Nothing for future saving, definitely, there's No stable staffs.
