The store offers a limited selection of clothing, which makes it difficult to find something unique or suitable for different tastes. While the quality of the items is decent, the lack of variety is a major drawback. It’s fine if you’re looking for basic pieces, but don’t expect a wide range of styles or options.

I bought two mekhela sadors on 28/09/25. When sought for GST bill, GST bill is provided for one mekhela sador and for the second kacca bill is provided. When i asked for 7% discount due to reduction in GST slab from 12% to 5%. They refused to provide any benefit. Moreover not providing GST bill leads to a suspected deviation of GST compliance and competent authority to review the same. Meanwhile, i have told the person in the shop that i might complaint to competent authority if you are not ready provide GST benfit to customers and for non providing me GST invoice. Then the person in the shop said that he does not even if i lodge a complaint. He was adament, non-professional and this is not a correct approach to handle customer queries. I trust owners will take this feedback to improve and bring professionalism towards handling customers.

They always have beautiful collections of mekhela chador. Never disappointed me. They sell fully stitched mekhela chador and It's the plus point for me like people who stays outside Assam.

Quality shop for ladies wears specially চাদৰ মেখেলা । But now a days quality is degrading. Anyways a lots of varieties are available to buy. But be cautious during buying only experience buyers can expect good quality here. Otherwise you can be given any cheap quality cloth and you even didn’t knew about it. Price is reasonable.

The name has lost its image. Product quality is being compromised but price is not compromised. Overpriced. Some better shops are available at fancy bazar than Auntys shop wherein cloths are being exchanged even after 2 - 3 mnths of purchase without causing any problem to the customer. But if u buy something from here u won't be provided this service, they are having fixed price and nil customer service.. Not recommended to anyone.
