Nykaa On Trend

I had a wonderful experience at the Nykaa store. Vikram was incredibly helpful, patiently guiding me through the products and making sure I found exactly what I needed. His knowledge and warm approach made shopping effortless. A special thanks to Manager Prashant, whose professionalism and leadership were evident in how well the store was organized and I’ll definitely be coming back.

this was the second time I visited this store. though I didn't wanted to . the store never gives u any discount on premium products. on asking why this happens since Nyka online gives some discount but the offline store doesn't, the staff said the online products are not good, they are mostly near expiry products. even the shade of lipsticks are not correct and so on.... i mean ,common either u r cheating or the online nyka is making us fool. how does it happen that the same brand offering different products or low grade products online n gud ones offline. when I asked her how is it possible?. she said I have no right to question my senior authorities, we don't know how this works. u shud ask them . if u ask more the debate turns in a heated argument.this has happened twice with me i just wanted to ask the owner of this store. either u have not trained ur staff well or u have kept slaves who can't ans authentic questions. i would definitely not suggest people to visit here.

very bad staff experience. better buy online than go here. they will try to upsale and push sales. but if you buy affordable products, they will not give you importance

I just ordered via call and got my gift delivered to my bf So happy with the service especially with a cutie named Nirmala who works there So professional and sweet Tysm nykaa & Nirmala 🦋🥰

Worst experience ever! I went to Nykaa today for shopping and I was standing there for more than 10 minutes, but not a single staff member bothered to assist me. If you don’t want to assist customers, then why do you even keep staff? Either shut the store down or replace the useless staff. I’m never coming here again and I won’t recommend this store to anyone. Pathetic service…👎

Everything was ok..the girl who was showing me products n the collection..but during the billing time the lady who was listing d products made a mistake for which she blamed my 5 year old daughter who was running throughout the shop n touching the products...she should understand that she is criticising a 6 yr old child infront of her mother...she also said many unpleasant things for which I hv decided to never visit their store again..near d nyka shop there are other shops also which I visited at the same time with my daughter n she behaved the same way but the salesman were true customer friendly gentleman..

Had a really bad experience today here at nykaa. The guy who so called himself "responsible" for the mac counter was not there when I was searching for a particular shade of lipstick. So I opened the packet which was not sealed to check the colour and swatched it on my hand slightly. Out of nowhere there comes the guy and starts behaving rudely that the lipstick shouldn't have been swatched and started indirectly pushing me to buy the product. First of all if you are responsible for the counter you should have been present there to show us the products. Secondly his behaviour was too arrogant and when he called the manager he himself couldn't make a difference of which is a fresh piece and which one is swatched. Every executive should have a polite and decent behaviour towards customer.if any mistake is done they should make it correct by their polite behaviour not by showing arrogance and body language which is not acceptable to anyone

So much happy and satisfied with GS Road’s Nykaa on Trend for guiding me well with my query and letting me choose my products from the convenience of my home. Wanted home delivery and got the same within a half an hour of placing order. Thanks to the Nykaa’s store manager and Reyanka for helping me choose what exactly suits me and Pradip ji for your kind gesture of handling. Shall definitely recommend and also shall order again..
