Highly disappointed with the staff behaviour. Thought Guwahati have nice people only but things got worse here. It was my birthday, my friend was getting a bouquet from here ,asked the bouquet maker to use the ribbon of his choice, he reacted furiously. Started throwing the scissors and flowers. For a moment I felt unsafe.

I had an unpleasant experience with the staff, the guy who makes the bouquet is not well behaved. Will not listen and understand your requirement, on being asked for just a minor customisation he started shouting and didn't deliver the requisite.....

I asked a friend to pick up flowers for me from a store for a birthday , and we discussed the details over the phone. I specifically requested that the roses be wrapped in the same wrapping paper as the sunflower bouquet which was at their store at the moment after I asked my friend to send me a picture of it and approved the wrapping paper.We agreed on this, and the store charged an additional 310 for the wrapping. However, what I received did not match what we had discussed.I’m disappointed with my experience at this flower shop. I had a clear discussion over the phone about the specific wrapping style and It’s frustrating when communication falls short, especially when paying for a service. Wouldn’t recommend based on this experience.

Additional packaging costs 100 minimum which is irrelevant. Adding to that, the guy at the reception is rude and kept on criticising that "What bouquet will be made of 3 flowers?" I wanted a small bunch of flowers, you aren't someone to bash at me for wanting that. Totally disappointed.
