I visited the office to pickup my percel. Experience was good. Delivery service is not so perfect.

Pathetic service. On 31st Oct I received message for out delivery but I don't receive the package. On that day I enquired in blue dart office they told for Diwali we could not deliver. Then after Diwali also they don't deliver the package. On 2nov I again call on their number but they told me they will deliver but package not delivered again. Blue dart fools customer that they deliver the package but they don't deliver. Customer have to call them many times for asking the packet even after also they don't deliver it. Today I got my package after calling them so many times but they refused to deliver on my address and told me to collect from the warehouse. If blue dart not able to deliver the package don't take the job for delivery. Worst coustomer service I have ever seen

worst and pathetic services by these people... they dont even deserve 1 star 1st. they dont have contact number on them. 2nd. if they dont wanna deliver the product, they upload the status for incomplete address 3rd. the people show aggressiveness rather than apologizing what mistakes they done 4th. they dont call u or ask u, if the product is COD then they will call u, other than that they will just play with ur reasonable time. if any companies seeing this... pls update ur postal services, go for services which provides better services

Worst service, they will first show out for delivery and delivery after 1-2 days

They do not deliver to address nor they call up the customer for delivery. They just update "incomplete address" although I have triple checked my address and its absolutely correct. Very poor service, pathetic!!

They never contacted me to deliver my shipment and updated the status as consignee not available. My mobile no was clearly mentioned on the envelope. If you are not willing to deliver shipment why have you people are assigned to coureer service. Hopeless ...

Worst the worst! Someone please lodge a complaint on them. This one star is also too much, no contact number nothing even the location is also not correct. How to reach them?

Most useless and baseless courier. Even if they tie up with DHL they can't never reach the quality of DHL. The courier guys don't even have the courtesy to call and deliver the products at the destined address instead they call the customer to some other place of their convenience to deliver the products.
