Delhivery Ltd, Maligaon

I ordered somethings, and it reached guwahati on the 17th of September. Since then, the status has been showing “out for delivery,” but I haven’t received any calls from the delivery agent. I did get one call one day, but I wasn’t available at that time, so I asked to reschedule. The agent confirmed the reschedule, but after that, I only keep receiving messages that the item is “out for delivery,” without actually receiving it. Days have passed with no response. I am very frustrated because your company has no proper way to communicate with customer care. I need my shipment urgently, as it has already been many days, and I will be going back to my hometown soon. It is stuck in guwahati, but no delivery agent is assigned properly. I keep trying but cannot reach anyone. This is extremely frustrating.

Worst experience they did not even contact me and returned my parcel by updating that I refused the parcel. They did this many times so now I got no choice but go to consumer helpline and find out who is responsible for such a crime & stress

Since past few days my order is out for delivery yet I haven't received a single call yet 😮‍💨 You guys just keep the order and I'll fetch it myself... horrible service 😮‍💨

Very bad experience..... the delivery guy came and he told me that he forgot my parcel and keep delaying

Worse experience of my percel order, delivery agent never reached the destination but updated " Undelivered, customer is available "" One of the BOGUS agency in the city.

Poor service. The employee doesn't know how to talk with customer. If you ask them something their response is too poor.

Worst experience please I’m telling you don’t purchase with this agency because why they only tell you to pay high prizes but they never delivery your parcel at the right time . This is my first and last time when you call them they never pick up the call nor call you back so what I have experience with them is worst worst than anything . I don’t think so they can really be one of the best with this attitude and working environment

Worst service They donot call customer and mark unavailable etc It is because of them nykaa parcels donot cone on time and many a times they return it to warehouse even without trying to deliver
