Very good service.. writing because I have used multiple times & I hv never been disappointed

I wish I could give zero stars! This delivery agency took over a month to deliver a small package from Assam to Maharashtra — something that should’ve taken a few days at most. And to make things worse, they still charged me ₹160 for this pathetic “service.” No updates, no proper tracking, no responsibility — just endless waiting and excuses. By the time the parcel arrived, I had almost forgotten I even ordered it. Totally unprofessional, unreliable, and not worth a single rupee. I’ll never use this service again, and I strongly recommend others to stay away if you value your time and sanity

Very good service...and helping nature for newly customers

I have recently visited DTDC Maligaon and I have made parcel. I have used DTDC in other location, they don’t charge high. But, this time, when I have parcel in DTDC Maligaon, they charged me Rs 370. And when asked for the receipt, the lady who was in the counter told me that nowadays the receipt is not being given. Meanwhile, I have complained the DTDC customer care, they have told me that receipt is being given to the customer. And I therefore rate the DTDC Maligaon service worse. Thank you.
