The delivery boy is very bad, he himself does not pick up the phone and he told Flipkart that I did not pick up the phone, and he delayed the order. Shameless delivery boy... I was urgent so I ordered it. This happened earlier when I ordered headphones from Flipkart, the delivery boy service of Ekart is not good...

My parcel arrived in my city before 3to4 days ago but they are not moving or giving me the parcel. I ordered it on 12th feb 2026 And when I am postingbit its alrady 17th feb 2026 but it came in my city hub on 14th . Let me know what do you think....

Ekart Logistics has to be the definition of “delay.” My product reached my city in one day, but Ekart kept it with them for the next 3–4 days like it was their family heirloom. No updates, no delivery attempt, nothing. Just sitting in their warehouse collecting dust. Every time I order something and see “Shipped via Ekart,” I already know I’m not getting my product on time. It’s like they personally enjoy holding parcels hostage. Honestly, Ekart needs to change its tagline to “We deliver whenever we feel like it.” Absolutely the worst logistics experience again and again. Fix your system or stop calling yourself a delivery service.

My experience with EKart Logistics (Flipkart) has been extremely disappointing. My order arrived on September 25th, but the delivery date was set for October 1st. Now it’s October 3rd, and the delivery still hasn’t happened. Despite being only 5 kilometers away from my location, there’s been no update, and I haven’t been able to reach customer care. It’s extremely unprofessional and frustrating. The company really needs to improve its service.

This Ekart Logistics should be held accountable for their unprofessional practices. After my parcel reached their facility, instead of delivering it on time, they cancelled the order on their own and initiated a reorder without my consent. I want to clarify — how does Ekart have the right to cancel a customer’s parcel and reorder it by themselves? If the package was damaged, I, as the customer, should have the authority to decide whether to accept it or request a replacement. This parcel was extremely important to me, and I needed it delivered on time. Because of their negligence, I had a terrible experience with Ekart Logistics at Sixmile. I strongly urge the concerned authorities to take urgent action on this matter and, if necessary, replace Ekart Logistics with a more reliable service.

I ordered a pair of shoes from Bata’s online store, and the delivery was assigned to Eart Logistics. The package was scheduled to arrive on August 24th. On that day, I received a call from the delivery team informing me that the parcel would reach me by 6:30 PM. However, no one showed up. Two days later, I raised another request through the vendor portal, asking for the parcel to be delivered as soon as possible. Once again, I received a call assuring me that the delivery would be made by August 27th, before 11 PM. Unfortunately, as of today, the parcel still hasn’t arrived, and there has been no further communication. This situation reflects a complete lack of professionalism and coordination. I would like to question the management at Eart Logistics: why employ delivery personnel who fail to carry out their responsibilities, ultimately damaging the company's reputation? If your team is unable to fulfill deliveries, then why take on the role of a delivery partner in the first place?

Extremely unprofessional delivery person. They don't know how to talk, and make it seem like they are doing favor and reschedule your order themselves. There are no ways to reach out to representative and sort it out.

I am extremely disappointed with your service Ekart Logistics (Flipkart). My order was placed and payment made on 29th September 2025. The order reached Guwahati, Assam on 3rd October 2025, yet even after two weeks, it has still not been delivered. Today is 16th October 2025.
