The behavior of salesman is very inappropriate and unprofessional. They speak using derogatory tone and judge one by look at their appearance. The store owner must take strict action and hire a better salesperson.

Very poor service by the staff members had prebooked the s25 ultra. And i was out of town i had told the staff that il be out of town and will be back on the 15th of feb once im back will collect my device. So one day i get a call from the store the lady says you better collect ur phone by the 10th or you will not get the benefits of the pre booking so i respected that and i drove all the way from dibrugarh to guwahati just to collect the phone and then again drive back to dibrugarh. So once i reached the showroom at around 11.30 am the staff member says sir u have to wait for an hour or maybe more we cannot tell if u have any work u go do that or you wait but phone k liye time lagega.. the behaviour of the staff was so arrogant and it felt like they are doing us a favour i actually had to tell the staff member excuse me im buying a phone worth 1,20,000/- very poor management. Strongly recommend dont go to such places after a lot of cribbing and arguments they gave us the phone.
