Ekart Logistics KATIYA DOLONG Hub

Today 10oct around 3.30pm I have received my order from Flipkart from ekart delivery agent and my total payment was rs 822 and I have gave him 1022 then he should return me 200 rs but he went by not giving me 200rs and I am trying to contact him but he cut my calls very bad experience faltu delivery boys I want my money back

Same here my parcel is in maligaon hub but they didn't deliver still now. I am so disappointed there se|vice

Order a grocery from Flipkart which was need to be delivered on 14/5/25, the delivery executive came to deliver the product but I wasn't at home. So, I request to deliver on another day but the executive denied to take it back . Immediate I call the owner of the house to receive the product if they are available. After 5 minutes the executive call back me and told that he has delivered the product but when I reached home and enquire about the product to the owner of the house where I stay they told they haven't received any product from anyone. I am very disappoint by the service that they are providing.

Delivery boy not receives call

Giving one star.. but practically didn't deserve any star. Very poor behaviour of delivery executive. Without any attempt cancel the pickup. When I tried to call, delivery executive rejected the call. Not professional at all. I don't know why you people are engaged such type of mannerless person with your service.

Least helpful. Went to their centre to pickup my package but the girl sitting on computer gave irrelevant reason that the package isn't mapped and would go the the parent hub and didn't handover me the package. Really disappointing. Waited for 20min.
