ACA Stadium offers a great experience overall, especially during live matches. The atmosphere is energetic, seating is well organized, and visibility from most sections is good. The stadium is clean, staff are helpful, and security is properly managed, which makes the visit comfortable. However, the food prices are extremely high. Even a simple packet of chips costs around Rs 100, which feels unreasonable. While the food options are okay, the pricing definitely takes away from the overall experience. Apart from that, it’s a well-maintained stadium and a good place to enjoy live sports. Just be prepared for expensive food inside.

Nice atmosphere... The stadium has great vibes. But the issue lies somewhere else... the transportation services. It's not a big problem during the day maybe, but while returning from the stadium at night, services are pathetic. No public transport(no buses nothing) available at reasonable charges. Autowalas charge humongous amounts even for short distances. Even the cab drivers suddenly want double of the original rates. Feels like, once night time, everyone just want to loot you. The govt should look into these issues if it really wants ACA to be of "International" quality not just from the "inside" but "outside" too...

It is the largest stadium in Northeast India and the home ground for the Assam cricket team. The stadium features advanced infrastructure, including indoor practice facilities, a swimming pool, a gym, and a state-of-the-art media center.

This is the only international cricket stadium in Northeast India. The stadium is very clean and beautiful. The stadium is well maintained by Assam cricket association. I enjoyed the match between England and Bangladesh of ICC WOMEN WORLD CUP 2025 on 7th october.

What an electrifying experience at the Barsapara Cricket Stadium! India's match against New Zealand was a thriller, chasing down 155 runs in just 10 overs! Abhishek Sharma's explosive 68 off 20 balls and Suryakumar Yadav's unbeaten 57 off 26 balls. The stadium was buzzing with energy, especially during Bumrah's spell and the batting fireworks from Abhishek and Ishan Kishan.

The stadium is nice and big. Spectacular views could be observed inside there. Great atmosphere and vibes. But disappointed at the building quality of entire structure specially the plastic seats. Need to reconstruct those. And a proper parking facility is also needed.

As a whole it's a big & good Stadium. Went to watch INDvsSA Test, booking Corporate box ticket. Heavy Security was imposed outside. My Box number was 18, a friend watching from Box No. 12 informed that a front Seat was vacant & I easily shifted to Box no 12, for a straighter view🤣, so Security Inside a bit wayward. Had to wait in a long queue when Lunch was served, from one single table to all the boxes❗This thing needs to be improvised. The Roofs are unnecessarily too high, so it gets dark too early.

I went twice as of January 2026. Once to watch test match vs South Africa and recently T20I vs NZ. The stadium is called ACA Stadium aka Dr. Bhupen Hazarika Stadium. It can accommodate approximately 40,000 people. The place is well connected through roads. But roads get jammed at the peak time of entry. My suggestion would be to be there atleast 2 hr before match start time so that you doesn't miss any action. The stadium has multiple washrooms for convenience as well. Next time there is a match, you must not miss it.
