I had a very disappointing experience at your centre. As my home is nearly 80 km away, I made an appointment one day in advance. I was clearly instructed to reach the centre before 11:30 AM. Accordingly, we arrived at 11:10 AM. Before reaching, your team called me twice to confirm whether we would be coming, which I confirmed each time. However, after reaching the centre, we were informed that the doctor for the anomaly scan had already left and that we would need to wait for 30 minutes. We waited for about 45 minutes and then enquired again about the doctor’s arrival. At that point, we were told that they had just called the doctor and would inform us if and when the scan could be done. This raises some serious concerns: ++If the doctor was not available, why was my appointment confirmed repeatedly? ++Why was I asked to arrive within a specific time when the doctor was not present? ++Why were we asked to make the payment even before confirming the doctor’s availability? Given the long distance we travelled and the prior confirmation from your team, this situation caused unnecessary inconvenience, stress, and loss of time. I request you to please look into this matter and ensure better appointment coordination in the future so that other patients do not face similar issues.

Staffs are well behaved and very friendly, best diagnostics centre in six mile area. Well known doctors are available for every departments. Recommend to visit.
