I visited several times in Surasksha Diagnastic at Christian Basti, Guwahati. The Staffs are very amicable,kind and helpful. "Specifically, the friendly behavior of Mr. KABIR DAS Ji is very impressive". Receptionists are also very kind and helpful. Doctors are experienced, cool behaved. I recently visited Suraksha Diagnostic Centre and had an outstanding experience, thanks to the amazing staff member Pinky Bohra. From the moment I arrived, Pinky greeted me with a warm smile and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She explained every step clearly, handled my queries patiently, and ensured quick results without any delays. The centre is clean, efficient, and professional, but Pinky's dedication truly stood out – she went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Highly recommend Suraksha, especially.

My experience at Suraksha Diagnostic Centre, Guwahati was extremely disappointing. Every patient who visits a diagnostic centre usually comes with an urgent medical concern and expects timely service. Unfortunately, the management of patient flow at this centre was very poor. Despite arriving on time, we were asked to wait for a long period without any clear communication regarding our turn. The waiting time was excessive and no proper explanation was provided by the staff. For a healthcare facility, such delays can be very stressful for patients and their families. Additionally, the front office staff appeared quite inefficient and lacked adequate knowledge about the procedures and appointment system. When we asked for information or clarification, the responses were unclear and unhelpful. It seemed that the staff were not properly trained to handle patient queries or manage the queue effectively. I hope the management of Suraksha Diagnostic Centre, Guwahati takes this feedback seriously and works on improving their staff training, patient handling, and overall service efficiency so that future patients do not have to face the same inconvenience.

Very slow and inefficient service. Do not visit if you are in a hurry. Lot of unnecessary delays and staff is not helpful. Avoid at all costs if you want quick service.

Everything is ok but service is too slow because of man power in reception counter ( Billing counter) kindly look into this matter because every one came here for there time value or else we can go to other hospital also if we have to wait same kind.

Urgent Feedback Deterioration of Patient Experience at Front Desk in Guwahati Kamakhya Tower Date of Visit: 22.09.25 Nature of Visit: Doctor Consultation Consultation Doctor: Jay Deep Bose I am expressing my profound disappointment and concern regarding the service received from the front desk executives during my visit today. While seeking assistance and attempting to resolve an issue related to my consultation, I found the executive staff to be primarily engaged in their own tasks, showing a lack of urgency and focus on patient needs. Specifically, when approaching one executive, I was instructed to "wait for your turn." Though I was waiting for long time and after intervening the doctor personal assistant my turns come quickly.Furthermore, the staff demonstrated lesser knowledge for resolving the query, adding to the frustration. Based on one executive's apparent working style, it was clear she was preoccupied with what appeared to be a personal phone call or non-work related activity, prioritizing this over supporting patients and their accompanying family members. This behavior led to a deeply upsetting experience, leaving patients and their families feeling ignored and unsupported at a crucial point of service. The management of Suraksha Diagnostics must address this concern immediately. The attitude, limited knowledge, and lack of professionalism displayed by the front desk staff directly contradict the trust and care expected from a healthcare provider. If these executive behaviors are not rectified, the center risks losing its popularity and fostering a significant gap in patient trust. Immediate measures are necessary to ensure that all patient-facing staff prioritize their duties, receive adequate training, and maintain a standard of professional support. Requested Action: Management review of front desk protocols and staff training on patient interaction, query resolution, and professionalism. It is pertinent to be noted that I am already associated with suraksha diagnostic at Kolkata where I was provided excellent service.

Very slow service, have to wait a long time with token at reception desk, unduly long wait for USG. Whilst all the patients were waiting, all female staff were celebrating "women's day".. despicable

Very inefficient registration process. We took a token immediately after reaching, but a single registration took more than 15-20 minutes. Had to wait for 45 minutes just to register, and it was not like there were a lot of patients in rhe queue. Must have invested well in the infrastructure, which is good, but the initial experience itself is very disappointing. Let alone the later waiting period for the actual test. I strongly suggest the company on radically improving the registration, in fact the whole process. Staff behaviour is good, but the process itself is very very tiring and frustrating.
