Avoid This service Center at All Costs. I just wanted to warned to all bike owners. If you want to ruin your bike, visit this service center. My bike was in perfect condition before servicing, but after their work, it's been a never-ending nightmare. They likely replaced original parts with inferior ones, and the "engine work" they recommended was a scam. they are fraud. I was charged ₹13,000 and left with a bike that's constantly breaking down.Their dishonest practices and blatant theft are unacceptable. I strongly advise against using their services.

My name is JITU and I own a pulsar NS 200 (BS4), I was visited for the first time to check their work quality and service satisfaction, but I found very bad quality service and xtream bed behaviour, and firstly they are trying to sell their spare parts to fulfill their target, instead of providing good quality of services, I was visit for just basic servicing but after servicing I found many issue in my bike like ( ignition on/off, and radiator damage ) and after that the shameless thing is, they aren't trying to solve it I just want to say to all of you that, please spend your money and time on good service centre either if you have any well experienced personal technician

Worst service experience..my work has been delayed for 1.5 months and whenever I contacted them for the vehicle they used to say that by tomorrow I would get my bike..But their Tommorow never comes. No such responsibility of any staff.

Worst service experience ever My vehicle was running better before service but after service done the chain got some unusual noice when I asked the mechanic to fix it they reversely told me that I don't know how to ride bike instead of fixing I will never ever visit this service centre in my life and recommend not to visit here ... The road side garage is much more better than them ......

I went to Unnati Bajaj service centre it was awesome experience, the employee are also polite. the most important thing is work they have done ✅, it was really awesome 💯 my bike run smoothly and I'm happy with there service i will surely suggest to visit there. by the way the one who is in receipt 🧾 counter is really a good man he gave me discount. I will surely visit again.
