Dear Luit Travels Team, I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent trip I booked through your agency. My experience with Luit Travels fell far short of my expectations, and I feel compelled to share my concerns. 1. Poor Itinerary: The itinerary provided for our trip was subpar, to say the least. It was planned with poor thought, we spent more time on bad roads, making the trip less enjoyable overall. We wonder why we had to stay in Shillong for 3 nights, when we could have stayed at different places as per journey. 2. Inadequate Car Equipment: The vehicle provided for our trip was not equipped with fog lights, which was a significant issue given the terrain and weather (fog) conditions we encountered. This oversight made our journey unsafe and uncomfortable, especially when navigating through foggy areas. We wonder why you are using a white board car for tourism. If held by police, it can lead to unnecessary delays to customers. 3. Driver's Annoyance: Perhaps the most disappointing aspect of our trip was the attitude of our driver. He seemed visibly annoyed with the itinerary planned by your agency. He kept complaining about driving on these roads for hours which could have been avoided by better planning. He was a skilled driver, which we would like to appreciate, however he lacks professionalism and demeanor significantly, which affected the overall experience. In light of these issues, I am left with a negative impression of Luit Travels and cannot recommend your services to others. As a paying customer, I expected a more seamless and enjoyable travel experience. I hope you take this feedback seriously and use it as an opportunity to improve your services for future clients. For future customers: Please check if car has a yellow board, has fog lights and cross check itinerary before you book through Luit Travels.

We had an amazing trip to Tawang with Luit Tours and Travel. They charged a very reasonable price as compared to others agencies we have enquired with. The driver came on time. He is one the best driver we have ever travelled with. Very polite, professional and very responsible. He had a very good knowledge about the North eastern Region and so we didn't miss anything important to see. I recommend this travel agent of anyone is planning to visit North East India.
