Capital Electrical Sub-Division

Easy to locate from the road as it is near Rajdhani Masjid Bus Stop. This office collects Electricity Bill from its consumer in Capital subdivision. Bills are paid based in token system and there are separate counters. Seating arrangement is also made available for the consumers. Overall a good experience.

Worst experience as I stay near Lakhmi Nagar. It's 3.15 am midnight and from 2.20 am there's no electricity and it's summer. No one respondes on the call and customer care just take complaints without any solution. Just think about the condition. It's not first time. I have faced it many times. Absolute harassment. Asked for a temporary meter connection. Took heavy deposit in cash where they had deliberately kept 25 rs as a harassment charge. now no one is taking responsibility to remove the meter connection where it's lying idle and expose to public use. I don't have any forum to raise complaint no platform to speak against this and they will charge me extra for usage of meter for no reason. Organized scam but utterly unorganized office. Worst, worst very worst. Everybody remains absent, there is no SOP for anything.

Very bad experience..The night shift staffs are very rude.. bad behaviour .. infact in rajdhani masjid area whenever line is cut then if you guys try to contact APDCL then they neither pick up the Phones not the number showing here exist.. Third class

I called five times since morning today, and its now evening, we been facing an electrical issue called neutral back, i guess, as our electricians told us, my father masraf ali he called for 5 times but no one took us seriously or our problems seriously, and the behaviour of the executive man was so rude too, we been told the electricians that please don't use electricity as it can cause short circuit, and we told this to thr customer care also, but who cares right, we will die if something happens god forbids, thank you for not helping us and also behaving rudely.. good for nothing...👍👍👍

The worst electricity division of Guwahati they power cut GNRC dispur line always around 3am people are suffering a lot for them and we have to strike if this goes on
