I am very disappointment with the unprofessional behavior at ENT Care. Firstly, the reception staff was unhelpful and lacked basic courtesy. Instead of assisting patients efficiently, they were dismissive and unresponsive to inquiries. Their attitude created an unwelcoming environment, which is unacceptable in a healthcare setting where professionalism and empathy should be a priority. Additionally, the clinic's scheduling system seems disorganized. Despite having an appointment, I was made to wait for an unreasonable amount of time without any clear communication or updates. If delays occur, patients should be informed instead of being left in uncertainty. I expect a prompt resolution to these concerns and improvements in the clinic’s service. Kindly ensure that the staff is trained to handle patients with respect and that the appointment system is managed more effectively.

Very unprofessional receptionist at the eye care, who lacks basic knowledge of handling customers. Moreover accusing patient of not coming on time to the clinic, whereas we were there before time and the clinic was closed. In addition to this, he doesn’t have the courtesy to receive calls for apportionment.
