From the moment I entered, the experience at this eye care center was exceptional. The doctors are extremely patient, knowledgeable, and truly care about the comfort of their patients. The staff members are very polite, supportive, and always ready to help. Even the security guard of the 2nd floor I think, was respectful and guided people properly, which really shows the overall professionalism of the place. The clinic is very hygienic, clean, and well-maintained. It doesn’t even feel or smell like a typical hospital, which made me feel calm and comfortable throughout my visit. I’ve had an eye treatment experience elsewhere before where things felt rushed and it caused a lot of unnecessary pain during laser treatment Coming here was completely different — everything was explained clearly, procedures were done calmly, and patient comfort was clearly a priority. To be honest This is genuinely the best place for eye care. If you’re looking for safe, careful, and compassionate treatment, I would highly recommend this center.

The Asg optical section are the most pathetic people. I gave my gentle Monster frame with case. (Nobody will give their expensive designer frames without a case) They lost the case or misplaced it or stole it and instead gave me their cheap case. Since I do not stay in Guwahati, they delivered the same. When I called to inquire (not once but twice) they started questioning me - what proof do you have that you gave us your case? What will we do with the case? I asked them to check their cctv to check because I clearly remember giving them my gentle monster case. These people are really pathetic and I can’t go to Guwahati now for a case but everyone please be aware. I had the worst experience with ASG Opticals section. Never buy or get your specs made there. The old man there is the person whom I handed over my case. He seemed so nice at the time of purchase but now he is claiming I never gave him the box. I hope the owners or the doctors come across this post and see what the optical section staff are upto and how careless they are in their conduct. How defensive and rude they become when you question a simple fact. You can also check cctv from 19th January 2026 evening (6-9pm) I am attaching here my frame & the case they gave me instead of my original case. This was such an upsetting experience.

Not good hospital. Please don’t visit this place. staff are very rude and I had a very bad experience here. My mother had an eye infection a 2month ago that could have been treated easily, but of poor treatment, she eventually had to eye surgery. They also suggested the wrong operation. The student doctors who are practicing there are not properly trained, and the staff is neither humble nor empathetic. They don’t understand or care about the pain a patient is going through. I am not defaming anyone but it's the truth.

Wait lines are very long. The process is not efficient. The receptionists are not very helpful, they acted impatient and irritated when asked information. I understand it can happen when the staff have a long day, but it was just 10 am. The biggest disappointed was the doctor. He left for almost half an hour and did not return to his cabin. The institute start out well, I visited it before. But as it got popular, their services went worst.

Was my second visit and really disappointed with the consultant doctor. The ophthalmic technician did a good job at checking my power but when I was called into the chamber of consultant doctor, he wrapped up the whole screening in just 2 mins. I had so many questions regarding lasik/ICL but he was dismissive and referred us further for a surgery consultation. I went there with recurring issues of itching on my right eye but came back without any answers. Doctor just wrote the medicines and his assistant told us we were done. Oh the worse part, the doctor didn’t even write down my eyepower in the prescription. Before leaving, I had to ask the assistant to write it for me. So what was the point of the visit if they are least interested to know the issues and do the bare minimum to write down the power? Simply waste of time and money.

Average experience! Don’t take the stairs, they are confusing! Use the lift. Fees is nominal. ₹400 for the 1st visit! ₹300 for follow-up registrations! Ambience is nice and the entire facility is one of the cleanest in Northeast. The Initial tests are being carried out by people who don’t look like doctors or even nurses! Might be their attire telling me otherwise! To know the facilities, one has to go through the website, as the reception guys are total unprofessional with call handling and information sharing! No empathy, no care for the patients making the calls, unprofessional tone and choice of words from the reception desk are a few of the things you can expect while calling. If you use Assamese, you are given less importance, and that hurts!! Pharmacy is clean and the level of availability of medicines is OK. Quite a range of frames are available too!
