Lenskart.com at City Centre Mall, Guwahati (First Lens Replacement Free)

Theres this lady name Rinku and one guy who is tall who works in Lenskart City Centre they are super helpful and they care what the customer needs. The collections of frames and sunglasses is impeccable. Ive been a loyal customer to Lenskart i have bought two specs from this shop and for my siblings too. Free eyecheck up is available and they are really good too in cater our needs. Thankyou Lenskart for existing

I have purchased 2 pair of eyewear ,n one sunglasse ,after wearing my specs getting loose,i have given for tight my frame they tight my frame in which my ears getting pain after wearing long hours, again 1 mnth I went there with same issue,the lady say that technician not there he will visit after 1 pm, After few days I given my specs with same issue , I kept my specs for an hour's,cozvi have shopping, n few hrs i collect specs ,I hve seen that my problem has not resolved,not satisfied at all

I was a regular customer. Earlier Lenskart service was good. But recently I purchased a specs but lens quality was weird. I was not able to wear it even for a day as facing severe disturbance. There is issue in lens quality, it feels like magnifying glass when I wear it! Can't stand still or work with specs on! Additionally, the online eye checking system recently adopted by Lenskart is a total flop. I even visited Jorhat Lenskart stating the issue. They denied replacement. Don't buy in Lenskart as they loot customer and play with sensitive organ like eyes!! I won't step in ever after such pathetic behaviour of Jorhat branch and such big waste of money and time!!!!

If a client is ready to purchase glasses for ₹6,500/-+ they would expect a carry bag to carry the product. I was denied a carry bag and when I asked to get my glasses clean by the machine I was informed the machine was broken. Later on they did manually which made the glass foggy and I had to get it done again. Asking the lady to do it again changed her behaviour. I will rethink before visiting again.
