Worst service ever. The way this store handled your Titan Edge watch is completely unacceptable and shows zero respect for customers. Here is a strong review you can post:I gave my Titan Edge watch for a simple belt/strap change and was clearly told it would be ready within 14 days, but they did not even bother to give me a receipt for my watch. After waiting patiently for 31 days with no update or phone call, I went back to the store myself only to be told that they now have to reorder, which means even more delay. This kind of carelessness with a customer’s watch and complete lack of communication shows extremely poor service and unprofessional behavior. Keeping a customer’s watch for more than a month, not providing any receipt, not calling even once, and then casually saying they have to reorder is simply unacceptable. Will never visit this store again and strongly do not recommend it to anyone looking for reliable Titan service.

Worst service experiance, worst among the titen showroom in Guwahati. I visited twice to repair my watch but can't get it done.

Upon entering the shop, it felt like a government office/department. The salespeople and the ones at the cash counter were busy chatting amongst them and didn't bother to greet or acknowledge the customer's presence. Being a local, I realized why people from my community are not successful.... Because we are unprofessional and have no work ethics and don't know how to run a business. Thank you for nothing... Will not recommend and will not visit again.
