Titan World - Six Mile, Guwahati

I am a regular customer of Titan and prefer this showroom. Behaviour of every staffs are excellent.Not only watches, Last time Purchased perfume also and they have given me discount. Once my Titan watches having some issues and given for repair. I was waiting for Delivery. The person delivered me within a short time and free of cost. Although self staying at Rehabari, but whenever I require any items related Titan,I must visit Sixmile showroom. Thanks. Regards Biman Adhikari.

I gave my titan watch for repair, but they did nothing. They asked me for money for the battery, even though it was under warranty. I received my watch in the same condition as before.

I bought a watch on 6/1/2026, but when I checked the at home the price was ₹15,026 but at the store they took ₹15,255(₹6,000cash +₹9,255 UPI) so they took ₹229 extra.

I accidentally damaged my brand new specs just two weeks after purchase, but the person at the repair section was incredibly kind and helpful. Despite it being my fault, he fixed them back to perfection, completely free of cost. I truly appreciate such thoughtful and generous service. Great experience!

Worst service.. moreover they sell old stock for their stock clearance where the watches are not working properly..they don't even exchange watch when asked for..better to close the shop

Terrible post-sale experience. I purchased a ₹10,000 Anne Klein watch for my mother from this Titan showroom in Feb 2024. The watch stopped working within a few months. I visited the store on (23/06/2025) to get it checked, and the experience was beyond disappointing. The staff claimed they haven’t sold Anne Klein watches for 2–3 years — even though I clearly purchased it from this exact store last year. They also couldn’t find any record of the purchase using my phone number, except for another Titan watch I bought that same day, absolutely no customer empathy. Out of sheer disappointment, I threw the watch right on their showroom floor — not out of anger, but to show how meaningless a premium product becomes when the brand doesn’t stand behind it. If you value your money, time, and dignity, I’d suggest avoiding this store altogether.

The optometrist was soo polite I felt really cared for, but I couldn't look around in peace without someone trying to sell me something😅 over all a great experience
