I had an eye infection that was causing a lot of discomfort, and I’m truly impressed with the treatment I received from Dr Kruto Kalita.. Within just 2–3 days, my condition improved dramatically, which speaks volumes about the doctor’s expertise and accurate diagnosis. The clinic is extremely sophisticated, hygienic, and well-equipped, giving a very reassuring and professional feel from the moment you walk in. The doctor was patient, attentive, and took the time to explain the problem and treatment clearly, which made me feel completely at ease. I’m genuinely grateful for the quick relief and excellent care. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a skilled, trustworthy eye specialist with a modern, well-maintained clinic.Even my dad got his cataract surgery done here and he too had an amazing experience...highly recommend this clinic.... Location is top notch... centrally located and commuting is extremely easy

One of the most horrible doctors in our guwahati city , I swear . They are very good at charging fees but when it comes to treatment and the effectiveness of the meds the dr pescribes , that's awful. We had been visiting dr kalita since months but the meds did work at all and he said to go through the surgery,we paid for that , the surgery was done and right after the surgery, the very first week , we still saw the problem was still there , we called , we enquired , the dr was so chill , he said just keep putting the eye drops , since been 2 months almost post surgery, the dr is so irresponsible he doesn't even bohter , the situation of the eye has now worsen and he still days to keep putting the eye drops

Doesn't feels like giving this one star also. Extremely terrible management. Came at number 4th, the checkup were done and again were asked to sit for another 2 hours. Have been waiting for 2 hours now and no call from the reception. Extremely terrible management... They donot have consideration for patients time.. won't be visiting next time for sure

Given one star though not fit to get any star! Very incompetent are pausing as doctor and medical staff! They did blunder in my eye sight checking! Most surprising thing is that , here checking of eyesight is done by so called "ophthalmologist" and in my case that too by one apprentice! The doctor himself has admitted that he has forgotten how to check eyesight as he hasn't done it for so many years. However the power prescription is signed by the doc himself. I have to made my glasses twice due to faulty power prescribed!

Dr kalita is a genuine person. Me and my husband visiting him for last 20-30 yrs

Kindly grooming your staff. They are not well mannered. give them training in personality development.

I am Greatfull to Doctor and the staff, specially Mr Nitumoni Sharma..He served with a sweet voice and dismiss any queries.and Said that U shouldn't come again for insurance procedures,i have done everything now,u just go home and do ur procedure.He is such a sweet person...neat and Clean everywhere.Sitting arrangement is good

Patients are examined most of the times by very young inexperience opthalmologists and on the basis of their examinations doctor advised for treatment.
