Bad Experience – Very Unsafe Environment I had a very disappointing experience while shopping at V2, GS Road, Paltan Bazar, Guwahati. The overall environment near the store was extremely poor and unsafe. A group of drug addicts were sitting right at the main entrance gate, passing inappropriate comments at customers, which made shopping very uncomfortable, especially for families and women. One boy among them was frequently going in and out of the V2 store, which raised serious concerns about safety and security. Such activities at the entrance completely ruin the shopping experience and damage the store’s image. I immediately informed the store manager, Mr. Bhaskar, about the issue. Unfortunately, he refused to take any action and showed a very careless attitude towards customer safety. This level of negligence is unacceptable. If V2 wants customers to feel safe and comfortable, strict action and proper security arrangements must be ensured immediately. Very dissatisfied. Not recommended unless the environment and safety are improved.

The mall has a really large collection of Men's , Women' and Kids clothing, footwear and accessories. Mall is well maintained and there are great offers running usually. The prices are reasonable. Curtains, towels, pillows etc are also available. Lift is also available. It isn't much crowded usually. However, there should be a sitting area for the ones waiting while their partners shop here!

I have never been to V2 clothing mall before, but I have heard good things about it from friends. They say that it is a great place to find affordable clothes and that the selection is really good. Located at very prime location, Paltan Bazar, near the Guwahati ASTC Counter and near the Guwahati Railway Station. I definitely agree with them! I am thoroughly impressed and had great shopping experience at the store! Having the variety of clothes, beauty Products, toys, daily household items available at this shop! You will get them all!They have something for everyone, and the prices are very reasonable. The quality of the products is also very good. They had a great selection of sarees, western wear, ethnic wear, party wear, modern wear and funky clothes. The prices were really reasonable and the quality of the clothes was really good. However, I would like to mention the fact that their quality isn't always as good as their cheap prices. Sometimes, you need to find the good products after searching for some time. The staff was also really helpful and friendly. Shop is very clean. But they need to increase the Billing Counter. Most of them remain shut. They have to increase their Trial Room, with huge lanes. So visit accordingly.( Never at evening,if u're in rush!) I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for a great shopping experience. I will definitely be shopping here again! Worst management here.. Lift is not working properly.. Lots of Humidity inside, AC also not maintain properly.. Trial rooms also 2 rooms working for 3-4 floors, that too in ground floor. If we ask anything to staff also they behave like rudely. Just I asked 1 staff for regarding Trial room, she said "if you want more trial rooms then don't come here".

It was good but Not so much variety of clothes..but if you are looking for budget friendly shoping..so go for it

The dresses are below reasonable rates or may I say the rates are very cheap! 😊 Good place to be in. Wide variety of products. However, NOT all products are good. There are certain items which look good with reasonable price tags. But everytime I went there to purchase something... I have found some other things to be interesting. Most of the clothing material are not of good quality, may be this is the reason, the rates are way below expected. Twice I bought cloths, it didn't even last for 2 months, showing signs of wear and tear. However, you will get wide range of products for gifting. Few items are good in quality but not all. The crowd that you get here is below standard, that must be because of the low prices. For gifting purpose, this is a good place to purchase. For own use, the same place is NOT so recommendable. This place is very neat and clean.

V2 retail limited is a great departmental store. It contains a lot of dressing options which come at very cheap prices and with a lot of frequently available offers and discounts. This store has lots of clothes and garments for men , women and children. Starting from underwear to formal dresses, shoes and even toys for young boys and girls , you get them all here. However, I would like to mention the fact that their quality isn't always as good as their cheap prices. Sometimes, you need to find the good products after searching for some time.

Clothes are fine. But the people at the counter ask for your phone number. I refused to share it. They told me if I don't give them my number, I will not be allowed to exchange or return the clothes. Even though they didn't give me a valid physical bill. @Management, is this true? If it is, then why? What is your reasoning behind this move?
