They cancelled kerala story 2 on their own without informing me and till now refund has not been given back in the account. How many days more it will take!? I will never visit again especially doing prior tickets from bookmyshow.

I"d say the theatre hall is good, and it offers reasonable prices for shows. However, it's located in a quite chaotic area, and if you're planning to catch a 6 pm show, I recommend reaching there at least an hour early to avoid heavy traffic in the vicinity. Overall, the seats are comfortable, making for a decent viewing experience.

Nice sound and picture quality. Comfortable seats. But the only problem is the traffic in front of the hall. I would suggest not to bring own car otherwise one might miss the show.

Very beautiful and spacious movie theater with two auditoriums. Clean and well maintained. Ticket rates are reasonable so as the food items. Nice and spacious parking. Cash/Card/UPI payments available. Easily accessible from paltanbazar main road. 3D, sound quality seats ....All are very nice. Washroom was also very clean

Located on the 5th floor. We have to buy a ticket on the ground floor. The food serving staff seems quite rigid and rough. They could have been a little polite and friendly. And the theatre is very good with curved screens and soft seats. A good place to bring kids too.

Great movie theater Watched the demon slayer infinity castle movie and gotta say the place was good. Surround sound speakers were crisp and bassy enough unlike some halls, which shall not be named. Only caveat is that some ads during intermission or before the movie starts are too loud, like way too loud. But I suppose that's personal preference

It is a theatre with multiple screens. It is situated on the top floor of Grand plaza. I screen and sound quality of the theatre I was in were great. Seats are a little hard and uncomfortable, they don't go to the back for the audience to rest properly while watching movies. The place was clean. The foods, as usual, are very costly. Overall it is a good theatre at a reasonable ticket price.
