Maintainance:- --> i think it was crowded but they should keep mall bit clean in mansoon time atleast. Location:- --> this shopping mall was located near Guwahati railway station near in paltan bazar guwahati.

Building premise has the worst parking facility, when you enter a premise the first impression is the parking, and the face of the parking authority i.e., the security guard are unethical and have no sense of work ethics and have the rudest behavior, my show at grand cines was at 5:30pm for which I arrived early before 5:00pm and wanted to have a look at the market nearby while waiting for my show, now when I parked my two wheeler and went out of the plaza to explore nearby area the parking official approached me with the rudest behavior, and asked me to remove my vehicle because I parked my vehicle there and went out of the premise, now he started speaking to me in a very rude tone that we should inform them if we're going to go out, is that even logical? First of all there is no notice board or sign board stating rules for parking and the guard should first hand ask or inform about it when we enter the premise like all other security personnel do in other premises, he started shouting that I should inform them. Am I suppose to tell him everything that I'm going to do at their premise? How am I supposed to know where to park or the parking rules? Isn't that why the guards are there to give signals and inform about parking rules. I talked to the security incharge in the cctv room and he properly stated how it is and that he's sorry for the guard's behavior, but the damage was already done, I cancelled my ticket because my evening was already ruined, I wouldn't want to watch a movie after all the inconvenience and disrespect. The mall and the movie theatre is great but my problem is with the security agency who employed such individuals who have no work ethics. It is my humble request to the owner and to the security Agency to train their parking officials with proper manners and to do their work not just go on and speak to people however they like. This is on 17th of february. I will also contact the security Agency for the same. And meanwhile it is also to be noted that parking facility is not as per GMDA and GMC standard. Will also write to GMC and GMDA for the same.

The grand plaza is a hub for various business. It has a cinema hall, shops, fast food restaurant, mall, tatoo shop etc. The plaza is well maintained and the toilet is also maintained well,the lifts work fine, the parking space is decent and overall you must visit the plaza to discover all the business it shelters.

Very bad Mall . Security guard behaviour very Bad. worst mall

Clothes was little bit expensive but the designs are look good. My size is M but i have to take XS on their. Sometimes that also loose.
