Aideo Cinema Hall

This cinema hall has been setup by the Assam State Film Finance & Development Corporation Ltd. for the promotion and screening of religional cinema. Visited this hall inorder to attend the premiere of JODDHA-The Warrior of Life, an Assamese film. The viewing turned out to be a pleasant experience as got the opportunity to watch a well made Assamese movie. This hall is a good initiative taken by the Corporation for the development of Assamese cinema.

Not the best one. Main issue is with the seating arrangement. The seat are not at a proper height. The front line people will hinder your view. Seat quality is good. Snacks are available at a affordable rate. Ticket price is also reasonable. It is advisable to book front raw seats which will give you best view Please refer to my images what i want you convey. The ambiance of the hall is very good. Neat and clean ,but the sitting arrangements has a problem.Chairs have tall back, which prevents people sitting in the back to get a clear view of the screen. Many people don't know about this hall situated in the lane where the silpagram is, by the side of shankardev kalakhetra on sixmail, panjabari road, Guwahati. Almost with an ambiance of expensive a/c halls, ticket prices are pocket friendly. Rs 100, 150 and 200 respectively. The drinks and snacks are also very reasonably priced. A/c is also very effective The staff is also very friendly. They said due to lack of audiance many shows gets cancelled.

I had a genuinely pleasant experience at this government-run cinema hall in Guwahati. The location is excellent, making it easy to reach from different parts of the city, and the spacious parking area is a huge plus for visitors. The overall ambience is comfortable and welcoming. One thing that could make the experience even better is lowering ticket prices, especially considering that it’s a government facility. However, the food counter offers reasonably priced snacks and drinks, which balances things out. With a bit more attention to pricing, this place could easily become one of the most preferred theatres in the city.

Let's renew our efforts in promoting the beautiful Assamese Film Museum—a must-visit that deserves a spot on every Assam tour operator's itinerary.

seat height is not proper. horrible washroom. audio quality is good. seats are comfortable. for cooling they have normal home ac's so gets somewhat warm when the theatre is full.

Nice ambience. Clean washroom. Economic. Must support this institute.

Being transparent I saw Roi Roi Binale a couple of days back in this cinema hall, very homely and atmosphere is fantastic. Rate of tickets is quite affordable. However, sitting comfortability is 20% less but not too bad.
