The recliner seats are spacious and cozy, perfect for enjoying a long movie without any discomfort. The picture quality is crystal clear and the Dolby Atmos sound system makes the experience so immersive. The staff are polite and helpful, and the service was quick and smooth. I also really liked the food options — the popcorn and snacks were fresh and tasty. Overall, it’s one of the best movie experiences you can have in Guwahati. Perfect spot to unwind and enjoy a movie with friends or family. Highly recommended! 🎬🍿✨

I watched Thamma, Screen2, Anish Kumar Jha, the Manager was very courteous, helpful, smiling and very hospitable. He personally conducted me to my seat. The audi was very well maintained, spic and span, neat and tidy, with AC at the optimum level making the cinematic experience truly pleasurable. I ordered some fries and masala cola, from the delectable vegetarian menu curated by a MasterChef. Both were very well prepared and tasty. My compliments to the chef and the staff at Insignia.

Good luxury hall with great ambience. However, i found the seats to be small compared to other halls recliners. Redbull is priced at mrp and other products are expensive. The staffs are professional and welcome guests well. Cleanliness is maintained as well. The only downside was that the recliner seats could have been bigger.

It felt underwhelming compared to what you’d anticipate from a premium cinema. On the positive side, the ambience is well-designed, providing a classy and immersive feel. The parking facility is also excellent, with plenty of space, making it convenient for visitors. However, there is a small patch just before entering the lift from P1 that hampers the smooth flow of wheelchairs, which is something they should address for better accessibility. Overall, while Cinemaa Hall Aurus has the potential to be a top-tier theatre in Guwahati, the malfunctioning seats, subpar food, and minor accessibility issue do not fully justify the premium pricing. If they improve these aspects, it could be worth the extra cost.

The service is excellent; the staff is friendly and polite. Surprisingly, the restroom at this cinema is stylish and elegant. While the experience is top-notch, the food prices are a bit on the higher side. However, considering the premium experience, it's understandable. My visit to INOX Insignia was truly exceptional. The comfy seats, attentive staff, and tasty food made it unforgettable. It's easily the best and most luxurious cinema in town and I will recommend everyone to visit here once. 🍿🎬

INOX is a very good cinema hall with luxury facilities, there are limited seats available, tickets rate is very high, one ticket price is more than rupees 1000, seats are very comfortable, you can watch movies in laying position, snacks are also available, ambience is very good, you must watch once in INOX.
