DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE. After-sales service is pathetic—no response, no repair, and zero accountability.No one from the team cares once the product is sold. I contect with Mridul, Nabajyoti Saikia, Rani and many more but they ignor completely.Please do not waste your money here. Absolutely do not buy anything from their store—you’ll regret it when something goes wrong and they completely ignore you. customer service is beyond pathetic. The furnitures will look flashy and once you buy, nobody recognises who you are!Terrible experience – Avoid Pepperfry at all costs! My experience I bought two beds and one reading table from Pepperfry and it started having issues after some time.After one month of installation break all furnisher one by one. The pics below are attached to shaw the reality of the store. The beds are falling one after the other and our safety is at stake! When I call customer care they would say that it is delivered, the return window is also closed before I get to open or check the update .Despite repeated complaints and follow-ups, the issue still hasn’t been resolved. No one from the team cares once the product is sold. Please do not waste your money and time here. Absolutely do not buy anything from their store—you’ll regret it when something goes wrong and they completely ignore you. Highly disappointing. Apparently this is a franchise and they are tied up with pepperfry so there is absolutely no co ordination between the sales and executive team.

I recently purchased a dressing table and a dish drainer from Pepperfry. The dressing table is very beautiful and fits perfectly in my room. Also, I am very happy with its design and quality. The dish drainer is also good and useful, although it is a little smaller than I expected…. I would also like to appreciate the staff for their excellent service. They were very polite, helpful, and cooperative during delivery and installation. Overall, I am satisfied with the products and the service. Thank you for the good experience

I recently purchased a queen size bed from Pepperfry after visiting their showroom. The staff was very helpful, especially Vicky, who guided me in selecting the right bed according to my requirements and room size. He suggested a model that perfectly matched what I was looking for and explained everything clearly. The entire process was smooth — from selection to billing. What impressed me the most was the quick service. The delivery was on time, and the installation was completed the very next day without any hassle. Overall, a great shopping experience. I came here after looking for options online, this store completely met my expectations. The staff Moni, Nishant and Biki were super helpful and answered all my queries. I ordered my purchase from here and the check out was a smooth experience. Would definitely come back to order more

I was planning to buy a sofa and i thought of trying out pepperfry. I thought of checking out the product physically and so, visited the store. I did not find the product offline but the staff helped me by understanding my need and gave me options from the site. Once I liked the look of the sofa they gave me a physical sample of the materials that would be used in the same sofa i selected. I now received the product and till now I am happy with the product, assistance and service. Will definitely try out other products from pepperfry in the future.

If this is a customer reading this, pls take this advice seriously..DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE. The customer service is beyond pathetic. The furnitures will look flashy and the sales guy, Sanju will go any distance to make you buy.. but once you buy, nobody recognises who you are! Apparently this is a franchise and they are tied up with pepperfry so there is absolutely no co ordination between the sales team and execution team. The logistics decide when they will deliver your product, even if it is pushed beyond the promised time. They say foul stuff about one another. The driver who was supposed to bring our furnitures said that he doesn't know who Sanju (the sales guy) is and that he will go to any extent to sell his product. Finally sales team wont be able to help you because logistics behave like the big boy bosses and won't help you out once you have paid them money. By the way, even before delivering your product(s), they mark them delivered. So God help you when you call customer care because they would say that it is delivered! Unlike Amazon, they don't share any OTP so there is no proof that you haven't received your product. Obviously, because of this, the return window is also closed before you get to open or check the quality of what you have received. In our case, we were pushed to the extent of begging them to deliver our products. The date and time due for delivery was delayed and we kept on waiting waiting and waiting. This waiting game is non ending and the last thing a customer wants to hear is hum unko nahi jaante jinse aapne kharida hai! Wow! Amazon is far better in delivering and holding accountability. I am writing this para 6 days after installation. The pics below are attached to portray what horrible service they provide. The mirrors are falling one after the other and our safety is at stake! These guys are rogues, ROGUES

The collection they have are really good and attractive,strong build quality product.., sofa’s are very comfortable and soft ..I would love to visit again in future Thank you to pepperfry staff very polite and helpful and special thankz to Sanju
