Silver Spring Apartment

This apartment is popular and commonly familiar with the nearby people for many factors such as residencial usage( renting, purchasing, or offical work) nearby Indian Oil fuel station, close enough to burger King, smart mart, NPS school and quick online delivery of products and food items at ease. There are all the facilities available that should be required for a family to shift and reside here like parking both on ground and underground, essential shope inside residential area, children park, gym, swimming pool but closed now/ non- functional,and a community hall. And for walking on foot there's pathway with benches and street lamps. The water is always available for usage and powercut is there but for a few hours in case of failure like transformer malfunctioning or grid failure else it's available than most of the areas. Along with all the bells and whistles there are some major flaws. First of all the water stagnation is very common be it basement parking or even on ground the sewage/water drainage system doesn't work efficiently. And the waste management system is very pathetic as all garbage is dumped openly around corners into bins but while passing the area during walks or passing by makes it hard to breathe , it's a very toxic smell around such place. A solid waste /garbage management system must be implemented for people safety and healthy lifestyles. Most importantly people living above ground floor should not keep easily falling objects into their balcony such a plant vase, metal objects, glass objects that can easy fall down onto someone and cause some serious injury so try to be safe than sorry. Another major issue is building quality fit and finish wise, there are some major issues like water seepage, drain leakage, cracks, weeds and plants around piping closure of building. During heavy rainfall the water even reaches main doors of apartment. Even lifts have cracks outside the frame and most of the time only 1 lift is functioning and fans doesn't work.

A great place to live. My father had been staying here from 2013 when the building was partially made. Slowly, lot of people joined and it turned into a beautiful apartment. Pros: 1. Chill environment. Best place for an aspirant or students to stay here and study, except the Block 1 where lot of noise comes from nearby truck factory. 2. Near to ISBT. 3. Safe for girls and students. 4. Security guards. 5. Mart inside where all groceries are available. 6. Gym, a small canteen is also present. 7. The building has a strong foundation. We face lot of earthquakes every year. Cons: 1. Remote place. Communication from city is worst. 2. No shops nearby for printing, xerox, ATM etc. 3. During heavy rain, water log in stairs, ground, etc. 4. Sometimes water run out due to various reasons. It may be due too residents carelessness or issue in the pumps.

It has an amazing surroundings n all the residents r just too good. The most attractive feature that pulled me into this place is its garden where I n my family can spend leisure time very well

It has a Garden and rides but the problem is there are too many pigeons. There is also a shop in the campus. Sometimes there are water blockages due to heavy rainfall

Worst apartment you'll ever find in the universe, literally. My bad i shouldn't even call it an apartment its a hostel with no freedom of visitor. Its an apartment people paid to have freedom but they apparently don't have the brains to understand that. Hope people never visit or rent an apartment from here

Can be regarded as the best selection as a home! I being a student get to learn a lot about the indian culture because all kinds of indian festivals are celebrated here. Bihu, Durga puja, Holi, Diwali, Rabha Dibox, Independence day, Republic day, New year, Vishwakarma Puja and various other festival that totally help the new generation to know about the indian culture.It can be said that our society aims to teach the new generation about india's colourful history and never let it fade away. Honestly it's safe as the heaven and Beautiful as cleopatra. One can get the real joy of spending their leisure time here with the sun set view right in front of his eye, children playing in the garden and with the pleasant wind that keeps blowing gently. I really enjoy this place. i have stayed here for five years till now 2018, and my bond with the other members of this society is no less than my family.
