One of the worst experiences. I would advise everyone not to visit this office. It's a waste of time. The security guard's attitude is as if he's the Director of UIDAI. He's just giving out handwritten token numbers and letting us wait the whole day. After waiting, they'll say you have to visit your nearest office. The security guard, along with a sweeper, is telling us what to do. I haven't seen any UIDAI employees guiding us. I request the concerned department to take action, as many people are coming from neighbouring states.

I think I'll give a fair 2 star for this office. As I went inside the room I saw that it was all flooded...not taken care of. The environment is like- - -Felt like I am in an interview for job. We come here from different northeast states to make corrections which are not possible from the other aadhar update centres but they are not much helpful. Telling us to go and update from the other centres again and send the scan copies of acknowledgement slip through mail.

Its the Regional Office, the office timing is 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM. I have been waiting since 9 in the morning. Its 10:20 Am now and so staff are still here.

Worst department ever!!!!! How can an office intend to serve the whole northeastern regions didn't have even one worker who is able to speak english. Do they expect us all to learn Hindi. The just ask us the problem. That's it. No work done! I request the central government to at least consider this problem. Shame.

I am writing to express my frustration regarding the submission of my documents. Despite numerous attempts over the past three months, I have been unable to send them to you via email. Furthermore, I have made the effort to visit your office in person to hand-deliver the physical documents, only to be denied receipt. If your office does not accept physical documents, I urge you to maintain a functional email system to facilitate communication. The current situation is causing undue hardship, particularly for those of us traveling from different states. I would appreciate a prompt resolution to this matter and a clear explanation of your document submission procedures. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
