I had a wonderful 6-day stay at this hotel, and it truly exceeded my expectations. It’s an ideal place for families, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff are extremely polite, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. A special mention to the manager, who is one of the most professional and well mannered individuals I’ve come across always attentive and genuinely caring about guest satisfaction. The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and maintained with great attention to hygiene. What I appreciated the most was the well equipped self cooked kitchen, which allowed us to prepare our own meals comfortably adding a homely and personal touch to our stay. Overall, it was a peaceful, family friendly experience that I would highly recommend to anyone.

Nothing about this hotel was nice except the reception staff. The rooms were crawling with cockroaches. There is no lift to reach upper floors. Every room smelled bad. The location in way inside a residential area.

Rooms were nice and clean but no any extra amenities were provided. Gate remains lock so you have to tell the reception beforehand if you plan to leave early .

Loud and noisy gate, they should come up with an idea to stop the honking for Gate whole night. Afterall it's a residential area.

A nightmare. False gmap reviews. Behavior at front desk is pathetic. Was transiting for work. The rooms were untidy, bathrooms unclean and leaking. Water in soap dispenser(a new employee, filled it with water as he didnt know its for soap). Wash basin drainage was onto bathroom floor(video attached). Never getting into this property. One egg roll took 1hr to arrive. The manager upgraded me to higher category, that also needed some monitored cleaning of room and change of linens. People smoking in corridors and everywhere else.
