⭐ 1/5 – Extremely Disappointing Stay I had one of the worst hotel experiences during my recent stay. From the moment I arrived, nothing met even basic expectations. The rooms were poorly maintained, cleanliness was clearly not a priority, and the facilities looked completely different from what was shown online. Despite requesting assistance multiple times, the staff was unresponsive and showed no intention of resolving issues. Basic amenities were either missing or not functioning properly. This caused a lot of inconvenience and made the entire stay uncomfortable and stressful. For the amount charged, the service and quality were absolutely unacceptable. I had to face unnecessary trouble during my trip because of this hotel’s negligence. I strongly do not recommend this place to anyone looking for a good or even a decent stay.

They should maintain professionalism, I booked via pH call, paid advance amount, after reaching hotel around 6pm, they made me wait for another 20 mins before I could check in. And just after that , they asked my remaining payment as if I will run away , me being often a hotel stayer no hotel ever asked me the payment like this. Room is very tiny for two person, worst part is the bathroom.

The hotel has a peace and calm atmosphere with homely accommodation. The service is very good 24/7 and the hotel staff and management are very professional 👌. For family tour the hotel is a perfect place to stay in Guwahati.

Good stay at alohi in hotel…. Nice room,Good behaviour of staff..specially thanks barasha….staff ensuring a comfortable experience.overall, I would highly recommend hotel alohi in to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in the hotel…and I can’t wait to come back for another visit…..

Good Experience staying at Hotel. Had booked for 3 hrs for freshen up and the hotel is good for such short stay. They were prompt in sending the invoice as well!

The Alohi Inn has a very peaceful area.The staffs also has a very good behavior, humanity and a lot of respect.The price is very cheap in the surrounding area.The room is also very comfortable.

Very comfortable and fell like home, all the staf behavior all upto the mark, very hygiene and services are awesome
