I recently rented a room in Guwahati, and I must say it’s one of the best experiences I’ve had. The room is clean, spacious, and well-maintained with all the basic facilities like 24-hour water supply, proper ventilation, and a peaceful environment. The location is perfect — easily accessible to markets, transportation, and food joints. The landlord is also very friendly and cooperative, making it feel just like home. Had an amazing experience here last month. Great hospitality and scrumptious homely food and a very helpful host and hostess.

(THE WORST PLACE) we had a booking on 17 th of jan 2026 and due to some reasons we were unable to make it on time as our bag with our id proof was still on the bus. The owner called us and cursed us that we will fail in our examination (we mentioned him that our purpose of visit was to give an exam). He started the conversation in a very rude way and said that we shouldn’t do like this and some stupid shit. It’s then when we book another stay.

Very clean and staff behaviour is too much good also food facilities available with awesome taste.

Shokingly home type , clean neat ,home food , great staff, spacious , centrally located ,quite and peaceful wow words are not enough ,do visit,higly recommend

Even coming from Nagaland I feel complete at home ,clean, neat ,peaceful, gated and walled and cctv 24x7 secured compound ,so peaceful after a hectic city work, and to top it up AAUTHENTIC SEMA NAGA food wow , and brotherly, sisterly staff very polite and efficient ,great and I am so pleasantly surprised, all my tensions of negotiating the city hassles are over com8 here

Owner’s wife was very rude. The rooms were decent enough but could be better in terms of hospitality towards international students or visitors in general.
