Three Little Birds Homestay

Just the only positive is room size.. Otherwise nothing seem to be positive.. Avoid this property unless you are compelled to stay here in any necessity.. Dont go by reviews.. The host has a scheme behind this so much positive ratings.. And its very simple.. The host has promised 15% discount in next stay if you have given a 5 star rating in your stay.. This is a typical unethical and fraudulent practice.. The pictures of rooms showing in Google or Booking.com is not the rooms in actual.. Actually, the rooms are shabby and full of mosquitoes.. One can't open the window as it will only give access to more number of mosquitoes and cockroaches to enter the room.. The mosquito repellent do not works... The locality of the homestay is a bit away from the main road, and the alley through which you have to enter this homestay is full of stray dogs.. No restaurant in the property, the manager provides food if someone asks for.. Food not at all tasty... There are a lot of hotels in Guwahati, don't go here...

I had a wonderful stay at this homestay. The hosts were warm and welcoming, and they made me feel right at home. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I especially loved the home-cooked meals—they were delicious and made with care. The location was peaceful, with lovely surroundings perfect for relaxing. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’d definitely love to come back!

One of the best homestay i have stayed ,The caretakers were humble , kind and loyal enough where comfort meet genuine hospitality.Impeccable service, clean and clear,cozy rooms and a welcoming atmosphere. The homestay is situated in a peaceful area, making it ideal for a relaxing stay. The property is well maintained, neat, and clean, which made the experience very comfortable. It offers a warm, homely environment that adds to the overall charm. Everything was well taken care of. The Manager deserves special mention for being courteous and helpful. Absolutely love this place. Booked the entire place for my wedding guests and they loved it. The common area was especially helpful for the guests to interact. The place gave the experience of peak Assamese hospitality to my guests from across the country and overseas.

Perfect for a Solo traveler like me. A home away from Home. I stayed there for 5 nights. Ambience was top class , cozy and calm. Traditional Assamese food was served, Veg and Non veg, tasty and hygienic, very much to my liking. Rooms were spacious, near and tidy. Hot water was available, so is drinking water and Laundry. Hospitality was top notch. Host was kind and caring. Never felt even once that I am far away from Home. Homestay is in a good location with little external disturbances, about 45 minutes drive from airport . They will arrange for taxi in case you want to visit Mas Kamakhya temple or to drop to airport. Will give 10 out of 10 and will prefer to stay here whenever I visit Guwahati.
