Zone One Gym

I joined this gym as a student paying ₹7,000 for 3 months, expecting basic guidance. Unfortunately, the general trainers provide zero help to regular members. When I asked for assistance, I was told to pay an additional ₹6,000 for just 15 days of personal training. It felt like they ignore you on purpose just to upsell expensive packages. I ended up barely going because I didn't feel safe or guided using the machines. Students on a budget, please be careful—there are better gyms in Guwahati where trainers actually care.I hope I helped some students like me to avoid predatory business practices.

This is one of the best gyms I have had the opportunity to work out in. It’s at par with and even better than some of the international gyms. It’s vast, has natural sunlight, best in class equipments and also a jogging/ walking track. I trained with Akiur who is a warm, friendly and very encouraging trainer who motivated me to eat well and train with discipline.

I've worked out at several gyms in the past few years but this is by far the best among all. The impeccable quality of the equipment and amiable demeanor of the staff create a positive and cheerful environment for workouts. Wishing Zone One great success going forward!

A well equipped gym with amazing trainers. The hygiene of the place and washroom is also well maintained. Pretty convenient for me as it is located near my hospital and house. I really love working out here.

Gym is good. Machines are new. Spacious enough. However, the changing room lacks cleanliness as washrooms are attached and stinks, which is a very disappointment.

Amazing gym, great equipments, super hygienic and the staff and trainer is also very nice and supportive. Totally worth it.
