Honda Service Centre

Doing servicing of my two wheeler since 2019. Staffs are good, but recently i dont know why they are taking longer time then usuals. I hope they get better with time.

Bad Service Center!! Don't maintenance timetable I've come here for bike servicing purpose but don't open the service center (honda) time 7:40am 🥲 think if you'll not come here then it will be perfect decision for you're valuable time because this service center is the lowest bad 👎

Good experience for my fast service

The service center is good but it takes a lot of time to get your vehicle. It is advised to go early in the morning as soon as the service center opens so that you can get your vehicle on time. Also, the waiting area is fully air conditioned and well maintained. The staff is professional and well behaved. They will tell you before changing the part of the vehicle and cost involved with it. Overall one of the best Honda Service center is Guwahati.

If your dealer didn't sell vehicle parts please give a notice that parts are sold to those people who are going to do service in us. Today i have a very bad experience when i ask for a part multiple times the person sitting in the parts section ask that i should do servicing there only.please ask your employee to behave properly with the customer. I may not do service there due to various reasons but this is not the way to behave with the customer.

very poor and worst service centre…parts of my scooty was changed which was not required and they kept for repairing for 4 days…after tat still the problem was not solved so again they changed new parts and kept my scooty for 1 week…now after they delivered my scooty, its not running smoothly…

I experienced experts of different technical services here. Every work is systematic. Each n every person is busy in their respective fields of action.
