Suzuki Service Center

I feel cheated & looted as well. I don't know if it's only me or if others feel the same or not, but the people here DO NOT CARE, literally no effort in customer handling or approach neither the technician cares about your vehicle, You tell them there is a weird sound coming from any part of the vehicle, instantly they are like you need to REPLACE the part, yes for almost all the cases. And let's say if you deny or say you don't have that much money to get it changed they suddenly talk you through their personal selling and will offer you the same part or service with 20%-30% discount. And General Service is a joke, for Rs 450+GST all they do is wash and drain the prev. engine oil and put new one that's it. I mean I have to keep reminding them that pls check the spark plug, air filter, brake fluid, pls clean the front sprocket area cuz in that area all the mud & sand keeps getting deposited etc etc & etc.

Nice Working Service Center behind the showroom friendly staff ... Not to much crowded or very long wait time so it's great ...get ur servicing & maintenance without any difficulty + they can check electronically if any parts getting bad or need replacement..so that's cool....

The place has a good and ample spacious workshop. They have skillfull mechanics. Waiting room available. Mask compulsory post covid. For servicing, its better if you pre booked it with the number available from google maps. Television and water available for customers if needed to pass time or they get thristy. They give you computer generated bills for all your payments and thus is transparent

-Pros : The place has a large space,have washroom and waiting area provided by Wifi connection.Desk Employees are good.Workers are skilled.You can trust the place for your vehicle -Cons : Workers do not start on time,9:30 as a servicing time is already late (please fix it if possible) -Suggestion : Please provide a lumpsum time frame (which is nearly accurate) whenever you are completely delivering the vehicle,at least for those who are comming for servicing. Opens at about 9:30 am and closes around 6:30 pm General Seriving Time Frame : 1.30 hrs and keep the area premises clean.The bathroom is barely usable. I honestly don't know whether it's true or not but every time I go to the service centre to get my old swish 125 service. The amount of pain and annoyance it is to get it serviced is crazy. The service folks do not care about trying at all and if you want a part replaced, you better get on your knees and pray because you are not getting it replaced there. The amount of glue and pin holding the scooty together from roadside stores because there is no help whatsoever from the service centre attached to this dealership. Do not buy suzuki overall and worse do not get it serviced here

I Went to this shop and the technician was Rahul Rabha, he said to me in private that the parts from service center is very costly so he will provide me that roller and brake oil at very cheap price. To save some amount I agreed...but later he charged me 1000 rs for, even original price is very less. I am complaining because when the scooty problem didn't solve I opened the roller then got to know that those are already used products, he just did the grease. 3rd and pathetic service center, also a mid age 40-50 technician was also involved, dark color appearance. I have gpay statement and bills to to proof the above.

Bad system. Booking tym 11.00 am. Now 1.32pm. But bike is not service now
