Vishal Mega Mart

I recently visited Vishal Mega Mart, Dispur, Guwahati and had a very disappointing experience. I purchased a Prestige induction cooktop where the display offer price clearly mentioned ₹1499. However, at the billing counter, I was charged ₹1699 instead. When I questioned the price difference, the billing staff had no proper explanation. The counter lady even called the manager, but surprisingly, he also had no idea about the offer displayed in the store. It was very unprofessional and showed a lack of coordination between the sales floor and billing section. This kind of misleading pricing and poor customer service is extremely frustrating. Customers trust the displayed offers, and such mismanagement creates unnecessary irritation and disappointment. I hope the management takes this matter seriously and ensures better transparency and staff awareness in the future. Very disappointed with the service.

My name is Anurangshi Dekha. I am a customer of your shopping mall. Earlier, I was a regular customer of Vishal, Ganeshguri, but today I visited Downtown Vishal for the first time. During my shopping, I learned many new things and had a very pleasant experience. When I came to the billing counter, one staff member assisted me with excellent behavior and patience. I asked his name, and I believe it was Rasaul. He was extremely helpful, supportive, and polite. I am around 50 years old and not very knowledgeable about many things, but the way he explained everything calmly and respectfully made me feel very comfortable. Till today, I had not received such kind of support and behavior at Ganeshguri Vishal. If you have staff like him, it will be a great support for your customers. From today onward, I will prefer to do all my shopping from Downtown Vishal. I would like to give Rasaul 10 out of 10 for his service. Unfortunately, the manager was not present at that time; otherwise, I would have given this feedback personally. Rs 299 Sandal just bought within 5 minutes not getting returned and refunded . Forcing us to buy any other item. Manager behaviour is very unprofessional and rude. We donated them the sandal and our Rs 299 to Beggar Vishal. Only for this Location, Fire Station, GS Rd, opposite Dispur, Bormotoria, Guwahati, Assam 781006. Not recommended at all. Other Vishal ok.
